About Bill or Kristin Stewart
Bill Stewart fell in love with the Delaware Bay, after his father purchased the property in the 1960's. After his service in the US Coast Guard, he made he way back up to the PA/Jersey area where he settled to raise his family. Considering his background, he was quite at home enjoying the vast variety of wildlife, fishing, boating, and many other water sports here at Dyers cove. He'd give you the shirt off his back, and is one of the most kind loyal and humans on this planet. Just ask his 3 neighbors here at the cove :)

Great Bird Watching experience
Stayed at house during annual spring migration and horseshoe crab egg-laying. Great location for watching it all.
Great little hideaway on Dyer Cove!
We picked this little gem unbeknownst that it was as secluded as it was. Kids had a blast exploring the horseshoe crab and learning about the wildlife, eagles, osprey, etc. the house was great, needs a few updates but worth the trip. Not too far from Cape May and we went to the zoo on a rainy day.
Our family loved our stay here! We were greeted by bald eagles soaring overhead. There are parts of the home that need updating but it was all clean and comfortable (especially the beds), and the location is incredible. It’s practically a houseboat! At high tide, the waves wash further ashore than the house. We spent our days exploring the shoreline on foot and tidal estuaries by kayak, birdwatching and shelling, then enjoyed our dinners and evenings on the porch. We’ll be returning in warmer weather!
Perfect for my Great Dane,
While the house could definitely use some work, the location and views simply cannot be beat. This house sits right on the water, it is private, quiet, and simply beautiful. I was able to allow my dog to explore off leash without worry of anyone else walking by. The screened porch was perfect for watching the water and viewing the eagles. I hope to return in the Spring. Thank you Bill for such a great little treasure. We really enjoyed our stay.
A quiet, relaxing getaway!
It was really nice to have a quiet getaway at this homey place on the cove! We loved sitting on the porch and watching the water, bald eagles, heron and ospreys! Took the kayacks out and really enjoyed the solitude and beauty. Very comfortable stay and gracious hosts! Thank you!
A feel of being on a island.
My mom and I had a wonderful time. Very relaxing. The porch allowed us to be outside while it was raining. Beautiful views.
Dyers Cove is such a special place. Private beach, fishing and crabbing creek. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very relaxed setting. Every day is a airshow put on by mother nature. Eagles, Osprey, and migratory birds are everywhere.
