The property looked a bit 'tired' compared to the photo online.Recommendations would include - update in bedding - dark greys, etc not appealing and the top cover wasn't washed in the smaller of the two bedrooms.- extra oulet in the smaller of the two bedrooms - one outlet was taken by the internet access unit; I had a C-Pap machine that needed to be plugged in- art update - we were at the sea for goodness sakes - remove the large, goofy animal prints and replace with uplifting seaside picture- replace some of the light bulbs so that the space is brighter- needed a rubber mat for the shower stall to prevent slipping or falling

This historic apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. Its prime location allowed us to easily walk to all the sites we wished to visit in the heart of Halifax. The space was perfectly suited for our family, particularly accommodating our three teenagers.Tristan and Lane are exceptional hosts who demonstrate a profound commitment to their guests' comfort. Their instructions and communications were consistently clear and timely. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to return and stay here again in the near future.

Yes, the state was amazing, rooms were clean Tristan and Laney were both extremely well organized and assisted us with ideas around the city and made the check-in and checkout process incredibly smooth. We had a rental car and had some available parking in the back with photos on where to park. We will definitely be renting with them again. Thank you, again

The address in VRBO was incorrect, so while we had very detailed parking instructions, we had to haul our luggage a couple of blocks, to the wrong address, failed to open the lockbox, called and luckily the host was available and responsive. He redirected us to the proper address (back by the parking lot), so we wheeled our luggage back and were able to get in. The place was clean but we had a few issues. The WiFi didn’t work most of the time we were at the apartment. Also, it was warm and the AC unit was far away from the bedrooms, so at night we had to crack the windows for a cool breeze. Which was fine except that the college kids were partying all night until 4am and drag racing down the street. More of a concern was that during the night a strong gust of wind came in with a thunderstorm and the entire bottom window pane dislodged from the frame and crashed down on top of me in bed while I was sleeping! My husband and I both had to lift it off and reconnect/relatch the top of the window to the frame and close & lock it down to ensure that it didn’t happen again. We essentially didn’t sleep for the rest of the night. Luckily I’m fine and will end up with just a bruise on my shoulder, but overall it was not a great experience in Halifax.

Space was clean and easy to access. Bed was comfortable. Location is 11/10! Very close to amenities. Check out process was great. Some items provided (shampoo, body wash, coffee, sugar etc) which is helpful. Would stay here again.
