If I could have give a zero I would had. Do not book this property. Rooms were dirty, roaches in house no hot water in a restroom and several other things. Bricks holding up sofa section. Water coming in from wall when showering Host was non responsive most times I left a day early

Our stay was very disappointing. The home was not clean—we saw cockroaches, the space had a strong old-cat odor, and the shower curtain was black with mold. One bedroom’s bathroom had no door, which was uncomfortable. The trash bins were already full, so we couldn’t dispose of our trash properly. Outside, the yard was overgrown with long grass.Safety was also a concern: the master shower has a very high step and is slippery, and the toilet sits two steps above the floor—both present fall risks. Lastly, the listing markets the property as “glamorous,” but there wasn’t a single glamorous element; the home felt neglected and misrepresented.We recommend a deep clean, mold removal, pest control, yard maintenance, adding a bathroom door, addressing trash capacity, and updating the listing to accurately reflect the property.

Nice updated place to stay. Lots of beds. Comfortable living area. Limited supplies in kitchen, bring plastic ware and plates. Overall very adequate for our needs

Had to contact the host to get code for lockbox. No arrival information provided.The outside doesn't give any indication the inside is a very charming home with lots of space -- the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.We arrived to a overgrown lawn, but given it rained so much the previous two weeks, finding a dry day to mow was impossible. There was some debris on the exterior (building materials, old newspapers) and the landscaping needed attention.The backyard was overgrown and the patio unswept. The welcoming party was a dead cockroach on the patio, a broken trampoline, dirty playground equipment, a fire pit full of ants, and a shed that was in pretty bad shape.The inside was very spacious and

Spacious Home/Needs Work for Price Chargef

Location is great with lots of room. The master bath is very interesting with the toilet being up two steps so you are sitting so high up you look down at the top of the vanity. Everything was nice and clean, it is an older home so it has wear and tear. Having stayed in many rentals we were normally provided cleaning products, dishwasher detergent, and laundry products this was not the case here. Also we had problems with the tub draining up into the shower and the bathroom sink not draining. Also you had to take quick showers or you wouldn’t have hot water despite there being 2 water heaters in the house. We contacted the host who was quick to respond. They didn’t get it resolved before we left and we didn’t want to take the chance of it flooding but we were able to go to relatives house to shower. They did have someone come check the plumbing but they just ran some water and said it was a water pressure problem and left. Water pressure wouldn’t causeThe dryer also didn’t work. There is only one TV in the house so if traveling with teens o children you might want to consider this. Many of the windows had no mini blinds. Some didn’t even have curtains including the kitchen area and the patio door. We also encountered several spiders in the house. The house is older but is in a good location and has lots of potential. Quiet neighborhood near hospital.

The shower in the hallway bathroom did not work properly. The nozzle to turn the hot water on gets really hot and you have to use a towel to turn it off to shower drain really slow and the showerhead does not come all the way on.The bathroom in the back bedroom is extremely tiny. There is no door to the back bathroom.The shower in the master bedroom did not drain well so the water backed up in the shower. I booked this house because it had three bathrooms for our family stay. We eventually had to use one shower in the smallest bathroom in the house so it was very inconvenient especially with no door to the bathroom.The house is nice the bathrooms are not.
