Downtown you'll find unique shops & great eateries! The Coop is a stand-alone property with private, off-street parking. Inside you'll find a full kitchen, Master w/King size mattress with Smart TV, washer & dryer with ironing board & iron, living area has Smart 50"+TV above the fireplace.

The Cozy Coop Cottage was perfect for our Branson trip. It is located within walking distance to Main Street and the shops at The Landing. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kitchen was well-stocked and even included a good supply of coffee...a plus for me. I would highly recommend this property.

This was a great place to stay in Branson. The house was so comfortable, clean, well prepared for guests and is in walking distance to historic downtown Branson and the landing. Loved the little house, kitchen was equipped with anything we could've needed, it was clean and very cozy. Short walk to so many shops and restaurants, it made her stay in Branson that much more wonderful.
