We had a great stay! Our group of five was visiting for a girls’ trip, and we all had plenty of space. Watching the sunrise from the balcony each morning was such a treat! The host was communicative, check-in was simple, and we had no trouble finding parking for two cars right out front throughout our stay. The location was great, too. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and nice place to stay. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Our group had enough space to relax and recharge before enjoying the area. Thank you!

Host was communicative and this condo is close to Weirs Beach! Water pressure was weak, but the shower is warm. WiFi worked during the day, but would go out at night. The little balcony was nice to sit on in the morning and at night, enjoying the peace and quiet. The pool is clean and well maintained, with pool noodles, blowup floaters,, etc. definitely a good value for our party of seven!

Laconia Bike Week

I was familiar with the properties in the complex as we have stayed before. This unit was fantastic. Super clean, great view, couldn’t be happier. Michelle was great to work with, very friendly, great communication.Highly recommend. (Except during bike week next year- hoping to snag it for myself again!)

Not what was expected

There were multiple issues with our stay and the owner did nothing to fix nor compensate for them. There was no available parking for our vehicle, we had to park really far and walk daily. The apartment was on a second floor and there was no mention of the stairs on the website. There was only 1 key for the 8 person rental. There was no Wifi. The hot water ran out after just 1 person showered. The kitchen sink was not draining properly. The bathroom door would stick and become hard to open and the floors were dirty.

What a great place to stay for bike week or just a week at the lake. The condo was very clean and had a great layout. We will definitely come back.
