I'm sorry that you didn't see the dryers, we store them coiled under the sink when they're not in use. Hi Steven, Thank you for taking the time to review our condo. I visited the condo after your review and contacted the association about cleaning the common areas, which they steam cleaned shortly after I contacted them. Although the hallway was apparent, I didn't notice anything in the bedroom, but had my cleaners go through again anyways. Thank you again for your stay. Mike

Hi Richard, Thank you for taking the time to write a review, I appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately, there is a short window between check-out and check-in of guests on the turnover days during the summer season so im not able to personally inspect the condo myself as regularly as i would like and I rely on feedback from my cleaners or from my guests. All guests receive my cell number to call or text me directly. I wish you had contacted me directly so that I could have corrected these deficiencies immediately to minimize the impact on your stay, and not read it in a review nearly a month later. Ill be addressing this personally, and discussing it with my cleaners. Thanks, Mike

Hi Steven, thank you for your stay with us and for taking the time sharing your experience with other travelers. I am sorry to hear that you did not find there to be enough space for your group. The comfort of our guests is extremely important to us. Although we can accommodate a seventh person with a sleeper sofa, our average is of families/groups of 4-6. Thank you for staying with us and sharing your review, perhaps renting a house for your group of 8+ would be more comfortable than my condo next time. Hopefully next time we can earn your 4- or 5-star review with a smaller group size. Mike
