Pool area was nice, steps from the condo to the beach. Close to everything NSB has to offer. We'll be back.

The pool and surrounding area was well kept up. The employees were friendly and helpful. This was our second year and hope to make it a tradition.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 35 years we have came to SC. My condo was THE most underprepared condo we gave stayed in. Broken beach chairs, NOT one beach towel and iron that was broken so we had to wear wrinkled clothes all week. We travel 9 weeks a year across the country staying in condos and resorts and this was by far the worst this year. The management company ladies was great, but the maintenance man when yelling at my son at the pool called him “ a little *******”.... Just unprofessional and not a way to which someone should conduct themselves if expecting a repeat customer.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We walked into the unit the first encounter was a unclean oder. I then started to see how clean the rest of the unit was, and found old spices and many left over things that were supposed to be discarded on leaving unit at the end of stay. I then opened the freezer and there was a smell that was unbelievable must have been old dead fish smell? Pulled open a drawer to find coffee spilled in that drawer, at that point I went down stairs to the office and said our unit was unacceptable they sent someone up and agreed that it was not clean could not even see out the windows they were so dirty. they did a lick and a promise but then we went to the bed room and the linens were not fresh and the pillows were so stained that I went and bought new ones to sleep on. Guest bath shower head leaking so bad my family only used our shower. I had to clean leather on arms of chairs that were so dirty I didn't want to set in the chair. I cleaned the silverware and a few dishes, coffeepot was coffee stained, I never fixed one meal in the unit. Our other daughter was in a very nice clean unit, where we stayed most of the time. We bought air fresheners and free breeze to fresh it up since the window were almost all unable to open. I even had to wash the towels and before using them. We washed all the furniture on the balcony also. We enjoyed the outside area, pool well kept. But have not one good thing to say about the unit. I even took out a blue roasting pan from the cupboard and it had liquid in it. Am sure if you were to go up there you will find the dirty roasting pan. It was our first family vacation and will not be able to come back to Sea Coast. Sorry but I am not over stating the uncleanness of the unit. I threw away a lot of stuff that was left behind. In my behalf the unit was cleaner when we left then when we arrived. Sorry. This unit needs a deep cleaning. I was happy with the outside totally.
