Amazing View In Bullhead City

Large open studio separated from the main house by a small courtyard. Views of the mountains, Colorado River, and Laughlin Nevada casinos. Minutes away from nine golf courses, off-road trails, Catherine's Landing on Lake Mead, and Colorado River. Las Vegas 90 minutes away.

Fully furnished with very comfortable Cal king bed, two recliners, kitchen with stocked cooking appliances and utensils. Full-size refrigerator. Large bathroom with an ex-large shower and closet.
Plenty of close safe parking for your toys. Fireplace, AC, WI-FI. Close to shopping and laundry.

Will start accepting snowbird reservations in October. Two month max stays unless discussed in advance and agreed on.
**Same day booking might be available. contact us and we might be able to accommodate.
**Please do not show up with additional guests. Prior arrangements must be made and agreed to. Pets are not allowed due to allergies and a dog that lives on the property. Service dog must be disclosed when booking.

We liked everything about our room, it was perfect for two of us. Very sweet host and hostess! It was stocked very well, they even had beach chairsit was close to a Safeway and many restaurants! A wonderful place with a view for couple's getaway.

The guest house is comfortable and cozy. The guest house sets on top of a hill with nice views of the Colorado River. It has everything a couple needs for a stay. Karen and Mark are great hosts. I am sure we will return to this wonderful place. Five Stars.

Beautiful views from this hilltop looking over the river. The unit was very comfortable & laid out nice We especially liked the bed & reclining couch Convenient to all the activities in Laughlin/Bullhead City We found check-in quick & easy Hosts were on site & quick to answer wuedtions or needs. Home base for area exploration.

Just as I envisioned. But closer to town , so great access to whatever I needed. And a great view from the bluff the home is perched on! The full moon on the mountains was glorious! I was on the go a lot so I did not have a lot of interaction with my hosts, however, the interaction I had was positive and helpful.
