Ocean Isles Fishing Village is located on the oceanside of Marathon, close to many everyday conveniences. Guests can easily walk to Walgreens, Dollar Tree, and several casual local restaurants.
For beach days and outdoor activities, you’re just minutes from some of the area’s most popular spots. Sombrero Beach is about 6 miles away and is one of the most loved beaches in the Keys. Key Colony Beach is about 2 miles away and offers additional waterfront access and dining options.

Ocean Isles Fishing Village is a quiet residential community. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and shared spaces during their stay.

• Motorized vessels, boats, and jet skis are not permitted inside the gated property

The condo was clean and well appointed with ocean / beach items. The host communicated well making sure all was as it should be. The pool is large and clean. The condo is in close proximity to markets and excursions. Great place.

The ocean view was amazing! Loved the pool. Fishing from the dock was fun. The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The entire complex was beautiful and well maintained. Only downsides were no closet or place to hang clothes and no beach towels or beach chairs! Dressers were full of pillows and bedding. No empty space for clothes. The 17 steps to the bedroom were challenging for us older adults!

The building design was part of a post-hurricane rebuild with limited layout options, so closet space is unfortunately minimal—we’ve added dressers and hanging solutions to help. We have hosted over 2,000 nights so far and look forward to hosting many more. I am a native to the Chesapeake Bay area of Virginia and married a Florida native in 2017. Together, we have made both Florida and Virginia our homes, but currently reside in my native area of Virginia since 2020. We have no children but are proud aunts and uncles to our many niblings and have 3 fur babies (cats). We both enjoy being outdoors, spending time with our families, and traveling.
