Great location for both beach and pool!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The huge pool was great and being right on the beach was absolutely beautiful !

Perfect Place

This was our second year at the Condo and we stayed 2 weeks this time. Love the pool and outdoor areas. The Condo is in a great location and the other residents and guests are so friendly. We will definitely be back.

Condo stay

The condo itself was fine. Older but clean. The property grounds were a bit trashy with cigarette butts all over my pickle ball court, the pool was very dirty with stuff floating in it and lots of sediment at the bottom. It wasn’t convenient to anywhere.

Perfect little getaway for a week

Best pool

Great resort, large pool, perfect for our 4 families to get together and yet each have our own space. Home was well equipped and very comfortable.

We all had a great time exploring the state parks as well as fishing off of the bridges :) was a very fun and exciting trip!

Quiet ,clean, and relaxing

If steps don’t bother you, then this second floor condo will make a comfortable home away from home while you explore the Keys. We had great communication with the manager on site and the realty company. We would love to stay here again.

Great Location

The property was great. The managing company for the property did not have our packet ready to grab and go to the property. When we did receive the keys, the condo was not cleaned. The property manager did send people over within 30 minutes but we were tied up for a few hours while they did clean.

Wonderful Time

Third time staying at Royal Plum, but this was our first time at this property. Loved the condo. Enough room for the four of us and beautiful views of the garden from the patio. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect location

Overall this condo was perfect for our needs. The beach was a huge disappointment but the pool was great, especially after a hot day having fun. We would go there again.

Nice quiet area

The pool and beach were very nice. At the time we went there were only a few people around. There is no washer or dryer in unit so come prepared.

Relaxing ocean getaway

This is perfect when you want to avoid the traditional tourist crowds and just stay on a locals community. Pool was well kept with great temperatures. Wish there was a little more shading but was enjoyable.

First time in the Keys

Good launching spot for a relaxing week. Activities we were interested in doing were close by. The sun even stayed out for us on our last day so we could enjoy the pool.
