Welcome to Casa Junonia, a gorgeous vacation rental duplex located on the Southern end of Siesta Key. This spacious and airy property is adorned with coastal decor and offers a plentiful amount of natural light, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Casa Junonia is the perfect vacation rental for those seeking luxury and convenience. With a luxurious private heated pool, guests can unwind and relax in style. The 2nd story balcony offers breathtaking views of the pool area and lush landscaping, creating an idyllic setting for a morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The location is ideal for those who want to explore the local area. It's less than a mile away from Crescent Village, where guests can enjoy a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Crescent Beach and Point of Rocks are less than a 2-minute walk away, providing easy access to the beach and crystal-clear waters. Siesta Key Village and Siesta Key Beach are also just a short drive away.

Casa Junonia is designed to cater to guests' every need. The property features a private cabana room, perfect for those who want to relax in the shade or enjoy a peaceful moment to themselves. An outdoor refrigerator and dining area are available, making it easy to dine alfresco or enjoy a refreshing drink by the pool.

This vacation unit offers four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, offering ample space for up to 12 guests. We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the right side of the 1st floor which is only garage spaces (2), the right backyard and pool area, along with the entire 2nd floor of the 3 story building. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. Contact us directly for more information regarding any shared space for this vacation home.

We had a wonderful time. Six adults, 2 children and an infant. It was spacious and clean.Beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas and towels were a bonus! As was the private pool and grill. We left beach toys for future guests along with a pack and play. The pool was at a perfect temperature for the kids. It was a bit chilly the week we stayed. We had an issue with no hot water or pressure and this was attended to promptly We will definitely will be returning. The proximity to the beach, shops and downtown was perfect. Great stay! The hosts were the absolute best! They were very helpful and took care of any issues immediately thankfully those were few. They even helped with an overnight delivery for a prescription that was needed. Love the home it fit our needs perfectly, especially the 2 minute walk to the beach. Will book with them again.

There were 10 of us staying in Casa Junonia for a week - ages 4 months to 71 years. We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach and not too far from some of the restaurants and shops on Siesta Key. The house was well equipped (towels, linens, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, beach gear, etc.) and we loved the pool! Thanks!!

Enjoyed the layout of the unit and the location.

Loved the overall unit but would like to see the palms trimmed around the pool. It does offer a nice barrier between units but doesn't always have great sunshine throughout the day.

2nd Annual Family Vacation

Very nice property, good location to the beach and city activities, elevator was not operating and was not functional all week, ice machine in refrigerator not working, but office supplied enough ice during the week, parking was available for four vehicles, any service requirements were handled quickly and completely, (except for elevator). Already planning on staying at same property next year.

Beautiful Property in a Fantastic Location

We had a very enjoyable stay with our 2 teenagers and small dog. The unit is comfortable, modern and very clean and we had plenty of space. The pool and outdoor area were in great condition and even though you are close to the neighboring units the pool area still felt private. Location was perfect - so close to the beach and walking/biking distance to a few restaurants, bars and shops. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Our only suggestion would be to add a chair or 2 to the 3 bedroom balconies. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony off the main living area and would have loved to use the other 3 outdoor spaces as well. Overall a great stay - we would definitely book again and highly recommend to others.

Nice place for family vacation.

From beginning to end this was a nice location for our family. We slept 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. The walk to the beach was 7ish minutes. If you would like a spot on the beach, I recommend you get set up early as much of the beach is taken by private rentals who prefer not to deal with anyone outside of their condo complex. The beach and water are beautiful and you can see to the bottom all the way out to your chest. My only complain about the property was the amount mosquito’s out at the pool area. It might be nice to spray a bit more to lessen that. Again, overall this was a great place to book.

Great Experience

The property was perfect for my family of 10. Very nice. The pool was great and we used it a lot. I do have to say the picture of the pool is a little deceiving since it is more of a jungle scene in the back. You don't get a lot of sun by the pool. Location is good, just a short walk to the beach. We didn't spend much time at that part of beach since there was construction at "Ask Gary's" mansion and quite a bit of seaweed which didn't smell the best. We went to the public beach which has great food and frozen drinks. Plenty of towels (beach and bath) at the house and has everything you need in a kitchen. Elevator worked good. Overall it was great and I would stay there again.

Relaxing & very accommodating

We loved our stay at this vacation rental! We used the pool just about every day. It was nice to have a privacy feel with the plants and gates surrounding the pool area. The inside was so nice and looks just like the pictures! We loved the open kitchen/living area concept. The house is just a short walk to the beach. It was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach! We also used the wagon to carry everything but I must say it was a beast to haul the wagon on the beach in the sand. We only used it once. The bikes were wonderful too! One of the chains broke off during our ride but once we notified the property manager we had a brand new bike the next day. The elevator was nice to use in the house. But it broke twice during our stay. Again, they were quick to fix it. But unfortunately the two times it wasn’t working was when we were loading and unloading all our luggage. Other than that, we were extremely happy with our stay. We would definitely book here again.

Great place and perfect location

This is a beautiful property very clean and spacious. One suggestion is to power wash the cement steps outside the doors leading up to the condos. The outdoor pool area is beautiful and well maintained. There are no busy roads to cross to walk to the beach. Beach access 13 is a short walk to the end of the side road. Less than a 5 minute walk. We loved this property and highly recommend. The property managers provided great communication leading up to arrival with easy instructions on how to access the property. Maintenance we also very responsive to the small needs we had.

Clean and great location!

We have a large family! This property was plenty of space! The property was very clean and well taken care of. We absolutely loved the location, public beach access was right down the road. We had rented golf carts for the week so everything we wanted to do was a golf cart ride away. Will be staying here again, when we come back!

Great place. Loved the private pool.

Loved the place. The management staff was very attentive. Loved the private pool. Loved that the pool was on a different level than the living space. Only complaint was the public beach was extremely small.

Family Vaca

The property was very nice. A little distance from the beach but an easy walk. Be sure to have an umbrella or 2 for shade when on the beach. Overall a great experience.
