Features include central air-conditioning, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 6 TV's (including 42 inch plasma in living room), Bose DVD/CD Stereo, Xbox 360 video game system with surround sound and 100 video games, Broadband Wi-Fi access with computer, screen porch, 2 car garage, & gas grill. Exceptional Clubhouse offers both indoor & outdoor pools, fitness center, game room, hot tub, steam room, fishing docks, boat slips, kayak launch, tennis and pickle ball courts. 2024 Clubhouse Fee TBD. Owner requires minimum rental age of 28 years old to sign lodging agreement. Mini week rentals will include additional cleaning fee of $135.00. "The lessee shall not use the home electric grid to charge/re-charge any battery electric vehicle. The penalty for connecting a charging cable from the house electrical network is $200 per instance regardless of the charging duration." Optional recreation fee $45 / person/week.
