Everyone had a great time. My grandchildren really liked the house.They all had their own room and bath. Everything was very close to the house, beach, town and restaurants.

Great place for large family

Absolutely amazing. Well designed home for family vacation. Great communication by the owner. Close to grocery store.... minutes from the beach and shops. Already checking dates for next summer.

Wonderful stay!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Lisa's home in Bethany Lakes. Lisa was so friendly and responsive and helpful from start to finish. We had a few issues to deal with during our trip and she was accommodating and helpful with it all. We traveled with three generations and there was something for everyone (including a bedroom with en suite bathroom on main level for older people and the pool for the kids). The house was beautiful, spacious, very well laid-out and had everything we needed. We hope to be back!

Fantastic house

The house was beautiful and clean. The neighborhood was very safe. We had such a good vacation. The five bikes and ping pong and corm hole was great. We are differently come back next year. The pool playground and tennis was beautiful. They have a bridge that lights up at night water fountains in middle. The house had everything you need. It was a great house. The owners were great.

Great Stay - Very comfortable

House is large and comfortable for 5 adults and 4 children. Each family had it's own bathroom which was great. The community was quiet with access to a pool (which we had to ourselves most of the time). 5 min drive to the Bethany Boardwalk. Close to Rehoboth and Ocean City, MD. Lisa the owner is great to work with. Very responsive and has thought of EVERYTHING. The family I went with are tough judges and they were thanking me the entire week on how much they loved and felt comfortable with the property. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wonderful beach week!!

I can't praise this stay enough! It was a pleasure interacting with the owner directly - she was lovely to deal with. The house and furnishings are beautiful! I felt like I was a guest in someone's home rather than renting a beach house. Anything and everything that one could want was provided. There literally was not one thing that we needed that was not present in the home. The neighborhood itself is so nice - we really enjoyed morning bike rides throughout the community. All in all, a wonderful week and fingers crossed that this beautiful home is available again next year!

Perfect spot for a family vacation!

We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay for our larger group with 2 small children. Your beautiful, spacious house set the stage for a great family get away. The pools and playground were a perfect spot for my 2 granddaughters, A lovely, private community with friendly neighbors too! Just a 2 minute ride to the beach. Having the bikes, boogie boards, floats , and beach toys right in the garage was awesome- everything anyone could need for vacation was there. The boys also challenged the girls to Ping Pong, as there is a full size table in the garage. It was so nice to come home to this gorgeous retreat at night. The house and each of the rooms are all clean, spacious and well furnished. It even has lots of contemporary books, games, and videos for children. Don't be mislead by the term " Loft". The loft is a furnished room off one of the bedrooms that can be a bedroom, or upstairs game or reading room. All in all, a perfect place for a family vacation at the beach. we will definitely be back! Thank you, thank you, Lisa for sharing your home with us. We made some great memories!

Awesome house

This house made you feel like you were home. It was fully stocked with certain staples.. The layout was perfect. The grocery store was within walking distance. The owners were super fantastic. We are hoping to come back next year. I truly love this home.

Beautiful house- close to lots

Fantastic location! Great house! So close to everything. The house fit my family very nicely. Plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms. Lots of great amenities! Kids loved the bikes and beach toys. We were lucky to be able to hit the beach everyday, so we didn't use the pool often. Great pool though! Everything was so clean and inviting and the owners were helpful, friendly and got back to us so fast.

Everything we needed.

This place was great! You can tell the home is well cared for and the owner takes pride in offering anything you could want (bikes, games, books, movies, beach toys and chairs)! Very convenient location close to trails for exploring.

Beautiful Bethany Home!

Big beautiful home just a short 4-5 minute drive from the beach. Beautiful gated community with a pool, clubhouse and workout room. We loved every minute in the house. We played ping pong and walked to the pool multiple times. Huge great room where the whole family (8 adults & 2 kids) could hang out and watch a movie or play a game. We felt so safe walking around at night in the neighborhood (there’s a really cute lake with a fountain that you can walk across via a lighted boardwalk). The beds were very comfortable and super soft (don’t forget to bring your own linens). Plenty of bathrooms for everyone, which is really important for quick turnarounds from a day at the beach to heading out for dinner! Big eat in kitchen was well-equipped...though we only cooked one large meal. Communication with Lisa was amazing...she quickly responded to my questions from the very beginning and stayed in communication with us to be sure everything was perfect! Overall we really enjoyed our stay...we wish it could have been longer! Highly recommend this house if you’re planning a trip to Bethany with your family!

great time, will def go again. In a big complex with lots of amenities. wish pool would have opened friday of memorial day weekend instead of Sat. Could also use a propane grill, charcoal if very time consuming Overall, highly recommend the place

Great property, very quiet neighborhood. Restful stay. Close to beach. Lisa, the owner was great. Worked closely with us as we were addressing Delaware Covid guidelines. Wonderful place!

It was amazing and I would love to stay here again next year! We had an amazing family experience!

It was a short process and I feel that everything is very convenient and such! It is a great family experience as it is affordable. I very highly recommend this property for its convenience. The pool and park are very convenient as is the boardwalk and the beach. This house is very roomy, and I really enjoyed the experience, as did my family. This house is the way to go!

Great for our multi-generation group

Very clean and well appointed home! We had 2 sets of grandparents, my adult brother, our 2 little ones ages 4 and 1 and us and we all had our own very comfortable spaces. The pool and clubhouse with gym were close by and well maintained. Great location, close to Bethany beach and grocery store. We’ve visited the area for a few years now and this house was hands down the best appointed. It had everything you could think of plus extras! We had one grandparent who walks with a cane, so the downstairs accessible master was perfect for them. Lisa was great to work with as well!

Perfect for extended family.

Warm and inviting home in great location. The two of us vacationed with our adult children and spouses, and 2 year old grandson. The tastefully decorated home where we each had our own room and bathrooms, with several common areas and patio were exactly what we needed. The well appointed kitchen and dining areas encouraged us to have most of our meals at the house. Access to a pool, bikes and beach supplies was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet with a walking path around the lake.

Perfect Beach House

Great!

The house was beautiful- well maintained and welcoming. The owner usually does not have winter guests but the Thanksgiving weather was quite nice. Everything is close by- including the beach- short 1 mile drive. We had a peaceful vacation- much needed!!
