The house was perfect for our little getaway! The location was great, close to the deli, restaurants, coffee and donut shop directly next door. It was a nice little walk along the water to the swimming beach and a short drive to Seaside Heights.

Very clean and comfortable home! Good amount of communication from the host. Check in and check out instructions were clear. Only hiccup is that there is no on site parking. However, street parking is plentiful and easy to figure out.

Owner was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. The unit was clean and new. There is no dish washer, be prepared for that. Street parking is easy and right next to the house and the beach is a short walk (not the ocean, but Tom’s River).

This house was extremely nice and in a great location. A group of my friends got together to vacation at the house and we had a lovely time. The home is spacious and everything seemed to be brand new. There were little touches that were unexpected and extremely appreciated, like beach chairs, beach towels, beach tags and mini toiletries. The host was very kind and extremely responsive to questions. It is a very short walk to a small bayside beach and about 30 minutes from Island Beach State Park. There are at least 3 places to eat on the block and tons more if you are willing to drive. I will be looking into staying here again next year. It was an incredible time!
