Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom condo with balcony overlooking charming Orchard Street! Queen bed, AC, WiFi, full kitchen, laundry in basement, balcony with rocking chairs, fire pit, and Forman Grill. Steps from Main Street, Ziegler Park, and restaurants, bars in OTR/Pendleton Art District.

Large windows fill this beautiful condo with natural light! The open great room has a large full kitchen with natural wood vaulted ceilings and exposed brick. The bedroom has a dresser and additional storage under the bed. It also has a small workspace by the window and a door to walk out onto the balcony.

Guests will enter the building from the side door on Orchard Street via a code given the morning of check in. Guests will proceed to the 3rd floor where they will enter a code to gain access to the condo. The free parking space is also located on Orchard Street.

Keep in mind this is a 3rd floor walk up unit so this won’t be a good fit for guests who cannot do stairs.

The condo Is beautiful and so clean. The location is perfect for everything we wanted to do while we were visiting Cincinnati for spring break. Communication with our host was seamless and it was very easy to find the condo and get checked in. Would love to visit again.

This was an ideal location for enjoying downtown and the Over the Rhine area. We were able to walk to most destinations. It does help to be fairly fit, as some of the walks can be medium distances and the unit is up 3 flights of stairs. The apartment was fully equipped and very user friendly. Suzanne was an excellent host! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Everything was as advertised. Suzanne informed us about the Connector(a free trolley) which took us directly to Reds stadium, which saved us many steps. Very comfortable unit, everything you need

This condo is located in the heart of Over-the-Rhine historic district, on a quiet tree lined avenue. The condo is 1 block from Main Street and 4 blocks from Vine Street. It is one block from Ziegler Park, 4 blocks from Washington Park, 3 blocks from the Pendleton Art Center, and surrounded by award winning restaurants and bars!

The condo is only 1 mile from the Great American Ballpark, Paycor Stadium, TQL Stadium, Duke Engery Convention Center, and only 2 miles from the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden, Cincinnati Art Museum, Krohn Conservatory, and Cincinnati Union Terminal as well as dozens of other top music, art, and attractions.

Well-preserved 19th-century buildings pepper historic Over-the-Rhine, a onetime working-class German neighborhood now home to craft breweries, hip gastropubs, and trendy bars. Dating from the 1850s, Findlay Market bustles with indoor specialty grocers and a weekend farmers’ market. The city’s symphony orchestra plays at the grand Cincinnati Music Hall, and Washington Park is popular for its fountains and festivals.

There is a FREE reserved parking space on the premises! The OTR/Pendleton Art District area is very walkable! Guests can also use Oggo Carts, Uber, Lyft, Bird and Lime scooters, Redbikes, or the Free Streetcar (Cincinnati Bell Connector) to get from The Brewery District to The Banks. There is also a city bus system.
