Guest Access:

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom unit and the spacious patio area, giving you plenty of room to relax indoors and out. Parking is simple: you may park in front of the sign labeled “RESERVED PARKING” on the right side of the building, using the first two parking spaces on that side. Please avoid parking at the rear of the property, as there is no designated parking available there.

Getting around from our Bell Street home is easy and convenient. Public transportation options are close by, with RTC bus stops within a short walk that connect you to many parts of the city. Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is about a 10-minute drive away, making arrivals and departures simple. Taxi and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips. If you’re driving, you can use the reserved parking spaces in front of the building as well as free street parking nearby. Downtown, the Riverwalk, Midtown, and major attractions are all within a short walk or quick drive, so exploring the city is straightforward and stress-free.



Other Things to Note:

- The courtyard gates do not fully close, so please keep this in mind for pets and belongings

- Urban/residential location, some normal city or neighbor noise may be heard at times
