The house was nice in a sense that it was big. Great for family gatherings. However, the up keep of the house was not there. Felt a bit dirty. Lighting was very dim. Could use more brightness. However, the air was great!

Perfect Home for Us!

We loved the home. It was perfect. Plenty of space, Extremely Clean, Comfortable.Close to stores and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thankfully the house was so comfortable because it rained our whole trip and we did not get to spend as much time outside as we had planned for!

Dirty with Safety Issues

At check-in, it was immediately apparent that the property was dirty. All downstairs surfaces were coated with a film of white dust, food splatter was visible on the kitchen counters and there was urine left standing in a downstairs toilet. The stairs and upstairs carpeting was visibly filthy, as were all stair rails and landing surfaces. One of the dining room chairs had a leg so loose it had lost structural integrity. There were clean linens and towels, though most bedrooms were without pillow cases and most towels were not in the bathrooms. Some of the dishes and utensils were dirty. There is a ping pong table in the main living area that we found to be easily prone to collapse. We were lucky the children weren’t nearby when it fell. We tripped into an upstairs bathroom only to find that multiple floor planks weren’t attached, just loosely sliding. The toilet seat in that bathroom wasn’t attached, so we avoided it. There are multiple exposed wires and dangling cords in the master bedroom.The house did contain all advertised rooms and was in a convenient location. Daniel, the host, was polite and responsive, though largely unhelpful. We were given a 200 refund that does not begin to compensate us for the cleaning supplies, effort, safety issues or inconvenience.

80th birthday celebration

My siblings and I had a wonderful time. Spacious so everyone had their own room. Plenty of bathrooms. Easy to get to HEB and the freeway. We will stay there again

A great spot in Round Rock with spacious room!

The house is in a nice neighborhood, and it was quiet. We rented for a basketball tournament and the players LOVED the ping pong table and media room. The primary room is HUGE with a nice adjacent bathroom. We never felt crowded, and the location was just perfect for us to get to the various gyms. You would be moments away from the outlet mall, dining, grocery store and more!

Great Family Gathering Place

The house was so spacious and perfect for our family to gather and have our "Texas Christmas". The host was prompt to reply to our messages and very accommodating. The location was also perfect with grocery stores nearby and easy access to major highways.

Family in town for wedding

The property manager was wonderful. The few issues that were left by the previous renters were taken care of very quickly. We enjoyed having the 6 bedrooms for 6 couples from out of state. It was wonderful to have family in one big house. Location was great; neighborhood was great. It was the beginning of the heat wave in TX, so that wasn't great, but it was wonderful to have space in suchy a large home.

Great place with a lot of space.

Great place for a family vacation or visiting the Austin/round rock area. Close to all the necessities. Clean house in a great neighborhood. Very accommodating during our stay.

Perfect for Large Group

We booked our stayed here over Christmas having not all been together in 8 years. Unfortunately our daughter’s family of 5 came down with the flu so there were just 5 adults and 3 children which left more than enough room. Check- in was a breeze but there was an awful smell. I sprayed each room with Febreeze and we used Scentsy’s and essential oils to clear it out. We discovered the source as there were at least 20 bags of trash in the garage which had obviously been in the house and the garbage bins were full to overflowing. Housekeeping had reported and maintenance showed up to remove the bags in the garage and after airing out all was fine. Evidently the people before us did not respect the property as there were just 4 forks, very few drinking glasses, no laundry detergent, watered down dish soap and watered down Suave. A screen to the master bedroom was torn, no chairs outside to enable us to enjoy the beautiful weather. The pond was not working and just a mess with standing water, leaves, broken lights. I spoke with the property manager and within a couple of hours she had a whole new set of cutlery, glasses, soaps, paper towels, and new ping pong balls delivered. Making Christmas dinner we discovered there was no potato peeler or can opener. I don’t believe this is the norm but the people before us. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable, the carpet is worn and when my son sat down in one of the dining chairs the leg broke. These were the issues however the house is spacious, media room is better than the pictures with 4 large bean bags and a huge comfortable sofa. There are also 5 beds in the bunk room with 2 bunk beds and a twin. There is no Keurig but a large coffee pot (we fortunately had our mini Keurig). The kitchen is open and appliances all worked great. The neighborhood is nice and an easy walk to multiple playgrounds. The few inconveniences were small in comparison to the gift of spending time together in this lovely home. Knowing the manager truly cares and works hard to rectify any issues makes a huge difference and if we are lucky enough to gather again we would definitely stay there. I suppose since the house is so large it will always have large groups so there will be lots of wear and tear. Definitely nothing major and it is clean. I suggest an inventory on kitchen essentials upon arrival and check cabinets and closets for stored items including new ping pong balls.

Family time

My family gathered at this home in Round Rock for a weekend of wedding celebrations! We had 11 adults into infants. We all had plenty of room! Easy walk to the school playground across the street on Saturday.
