Nice house- a few glitches

The house itself is lovely and well-appointed. We did not realize that pillows and blankets are not included also were surprised when we saw non on the bed. We contacted the owner who said that it is stated at the bottom f the listing in the “notes.” We had to make-shift these items and it was not ideal. Also, we were not told to go to the main gate for the community and GPS took us to a gate we could not enter.

Communication started well. Guest contacted me concerning that there were no pillows. This is clearly stated in the amenities. It is the guests responsibility to read these before booking. Also, the checkout procedures were not followed. When asked why, the guest apologized and stated she left the property first and leaving her friends that did not book the property responsible. This is breach of VRBO rental agreements.
