Sea Palms "Coconuts" A2 Apartment, recientemente renovado, es premium y está decorado a un alto nivel con una decoración contemporánea de la costa. Es espacioso, aireado, mucha luz y muy cómodo. Vistas sin obstáculos del mar Caribe y a pocos pasos de la piscina y de la playa privada. Totalmente equipado con ropa de cama, toallas, etc. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito con todas las comodidades. WiFi gratis y Netflix. Sea Palms se encuentra a 5 minutos al este de la ciudad principal de Ocho Ríos, restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones. En alquiler o puede solicitar un ama de casa que cocina. El servicio de conserjería también ofrece traslados al aeropuerto por parte de conductores de guardia independientes que son confiables, seguros y agradables a precios inferiores a los estándares. Stunning place

Host was very helpful and communicative. The space is well maintained and situated beautifully next to water and pool and beach. Easy walk to groceries and a few restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Accommodations are perfectly located with a great view. Our family enjoyed the short distance to the pool and the beach cove. We also love having our meals out on the patio with the sounds of waves!

It was great to have Denise and family come to stay at "Coconuts" A2, Sea Palms. They linked with family members on the island and seemed to enjoy their time. They loved "Coconuts" A2, the calm coastal decor, amenities and of course the spectacular sea views. Awesome ocean views!

We were so happy to stay more among local life than a typical resort. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. The view from the patio and master bedroom is stunning. The snorkeling was incredible, and we were often the only ones in the cove. The location was fabulous and definitely hope to return.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

The Coconuts condo was beautiful and clean. Breakfast on the porch overlooking the ocean was fantastic. Veneta was wonderful and friendly. Her cooking was as good as any nice restaurant. Dalton was a great driver and also very friendly. There are a couple nice restaurants a short walk away. Glenns was excellent and reasonable. Jerk Tower outdoor bar had friendly bartenders, good food and fun local flavor. We felt very safe here. We will be back.

A wonderful condo in a beautiful place.

We enjoyed our condo very much and had a great relaxing vacation. It is first floor and the best location in the complex. It was very quiet. The condo has plenty of everything you need. I was disappointed in the age of the condo facilities. The pool deck was cracked concrete, the was no gas grill and the lounge chairs were few and in bad shape.

Incredible Accommodations in Fantastic Location

My wife and I, along with two friends, stayed for one week at “Coconuts” in Ocho Rios and we could not have been happier! Nicola is very responsive and friendly, and her place is absolutely amazing! We felt right at home with the housekeeper and new friend, Glenise. Her cooking was incredible and she did not overstep, while still being a friendly presence to help us enjoy our stay. She also keeps the place very clean. The view from the bedroom and living room is breathtaking! The pool is nice and warm, and never too crowded. Many times we were the only guests in the pool and the nearby cove. There is much to see and do nearby, making this an ideal location. We never wanted to leave!

The pictures do not do this property justice. Clearly newly renovated, clean and inviting you instantly feel at home here. The breathtaking view can be seen as soon as you step inside!!! Amazing!!! We had Veneta with us during our stay and she made it relaxing for our family!! The host, Nicola, was helpful and responsive from the very first interaction. My kids loved the cove and pool on property. They were able to snorkel all within view of the patio from the unit. We fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing!! We would definitely come back and would recommend again and again!!!

Outstanding Location, Condo & Service

What a fantastic experience! With the location on the 1st floor right on the water and adjacent to the pool, we felt like we were in staying in a luxurious 2-bedroom cabana! Nicola was so helpful and proactive about our comfort and happiness, Dalton was always ready to get us where we wanted to go, and Veneta made our week easy and delicious. I researched a lot before selecting this unit and we were VERY HAPPY with this choice. The pool was never crowded, the complex fairly quiet even though it was a holiday week, and the grounds were very secure and extremely well-kept. It was the perfect base camp for our waterfall-climbing adventures. We would stay here again in a second. Thanks for a beautiful and memorable week!

A Relaxing Week

We spent a very relaxing week at Nicola’s Sea Palms apartment. The patio is quiet and private; it felt like we were staying in our own villa. The view is very relaxing and even better than the photos. The unit’s location is undoubtedly the best in the development. The interior is nicely redecorated and furnished, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Nicola is very hands-on and spares no effort to make each guest’s stay an enjoyable one. Ocho Rios is only 10 minutes away by car or route taxi, but allow an extra 20 minutes to get through the White River traffic light from about 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The White River farmers’ market on Fridays is our favourite produce market on the island, but it is not advertised or on social media, as far as we can tell.

Stay here!

I can't recommend this property enough if you want to get away from it all and be on the ocean! The condo was clean and updated. The property is beautiful and when we were there it was very quiet. The pool was busy on Saturday and Sunday, but the rest of the time we mostly had it to ourselves. Nicola was a great communicator and was very helpful. Glenise the housekeeper made a meal for us and it was amazing. The only thing we struggled with is that there are a couple of restaurants you can walk to, but the grocery store and everything else you might need are too far to walk and you will need a cab. You can arrange transportation through Nicola and all the drivers were great and helpful, but it obviously adds to the cost of your trip.

My husband and I had an idyllic holiday here along with my elderly father. The accommodations were suitable for my dad in a wheelchair and the shower worked well for him too. There are steps down to the front door of the apartment but we were able to go from the parking lot around to the front of the unit on the grass. We loved snorkeling in the cove and outside the cove and really enjoyed swimming laps in the pool as well. We were impressed with how well the property is maintained as well - the pool and grounds are constantly being maintained and spotless. We also felt safe being in a gated community and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. The housekeeper Glenise cooked delicious meals and kept the unit clean and fresh which really added to our enjoyment. Kitchen is well equipped. Nicola was very attentive and helpful. Got us a scrabble game when we requested it. Thank you for a wonderful stay from start to finish!

Amazing!!!

I can't say enough great things about this place. I travelled with my three children, two teenagers and one young adult, so I really wanted to avoid the all inclusive crowds, and enjoy the culture and true beauty of Jamaica in a home-like setting. We got that ,and a whole lot more. We arrived after dark, and I can't even begin to explain how it felt to wake up to that amazing view, and fresh ocean air. We did several excursions, and visited many places, but the best part of the trip was sitting and having breakfast every morning on the terrace, and just taking it all in. Absolutely breathtaking!! Having the pool and beach cove steps away was so convenient. We had several options within walking distance for going out for dinner. Glenn's was our favorite :) Everything was clean and well kept. Venetta the housekeeper/cook, was wonderful!! Dalton and his right hand Patrick were very reliable with picking us up and getting us where we needed to go, and I felt very safe travelling with them. This was the best vacation ever, and I can not wait to return!!!

Never wanted to leave!!

This property is gorgeous! The patio was our favorite hangout spot (for obvious reasons) and waking up to the ocean view every morning from the master bedroom was priceless. Nicola communicated with me every step of the way and answered my messages almost immediately, which was much appreciated. Glenise, the housekeeper was as sweet as could be, and she made sure our necessities were well stocked. The condo was very clean and inviting upon our arrival, and a mid-week cleaning was also done which was a real blessing. Dalton and Chris were our drivers and they both were so nice and accommodating. They both shared Jamaican history with us during our rides and we always felt safe and secure in their presence. Within walking distance is an Italian restaurant that has the most amazing food I have ever had. Also in the same location is bar/restaurant that is open (without walls) and has an amazing view of the ocean. The bar serves seafood and other traditional Jamaican foods and the staff there are attentive to their patrons. A few steps from there is a little convenience store that has a lot of items we needed/wanted without having to go to town for. We went to Mystic Mountain on one tour. It was a beautiful place where we ziplined and rode the Jamaican bobsled. On another day, Dalton took us to the Blue Hole. That was the best excursion for me because of the natural beauty and the exhilarating rush of jumping into the cool, rushing water from the platform and swing! The tour guide we had was AMAZING! They really work hard to show their guests the best time, while keeping us safe and taking lots of photos with our phones while keeping them dry!! Very impressive. There is so much to do in Jamaica, but ultimately, my favorite part of vacationing is staying in a location where I can simply relax and enjoy the weather, the ocean views, and the sounds of the ocean. Thus, Nicola's place was a WINNER!!! I got exactly what I wanted. In fact, of all the vacations I have ever had (and this being my third time to Jamaica), this was the best one yet! Truly. Thank you, Nicola! And anyone looking at Nicola's place, do not hesitate to book it. You will NOT have any regrets. WE CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK! One Love :-)

That is what myself & team are dedicated to. Also that you had such an amazing vacation as well.. As guests Molly & friends were the best! They treated our home as their own & kept it beautifully. We spoke often by Vrbo messenger so whatever guidance or help needed was easily communicated. They loved the sea views & ambiance of "Coconuts". It is truly a special place... Any host having Molly and friends to stay will find her and them super wonderful people! Wonderful Week in Ochi

Our week in Ochi was wonderful and relaxing from beginning to end. There was a snafu in our plans with our original VRBO listing only ten days from arrival, so we chose Coconuts at Sea Palms as an alternative. What a blessing! Nicola (property owner) agreed to clock off the room for us even though VRBO could not confirm until the cancellation on the original room had posted. What a godsend that was for our peace of mind. Nicola’s communication is top-notch! She is there to answer any and all questions in a timely manner. Dalton met us at the Kingston airport to transport us the two hours to Sea Palms. He is kind, charismatic, and always made is feel safe. We loved the conversation and insight to local ways. Upon arrival to the room, Veneta met us. I believe we have made a friend for life. She only prepared two meals for us and they were by far the best food we had while in Ochi. Had we had a better idea of our plans, cost of restaurants, etc., we would have opted for more. We have a small family of three, so the meals were enough for two days- jerk chicken, callaloo, bammy, plantain, rice and peas, etc. Veneta is such a kind, hard worker. Her goal is to make sure you are comfortable and cared for. Dalvern also did much of our transportation. Kind, funny, loves his music. Adds much insight into the Jamaican culture as you’re being transported. We enjoyed Dolphin’s Cove while there and got to swim with dolphins. Mystic Mountain was fun and beautiful. Dunn’s River Falls lived up to the hype and was our favorite. Bamboo Beach was great, too. Lunch there was very good. We especially liked the pineapple/ mango smoothie. The lifeguards found a sea turtle next while we were there. Very cool! Next trip, we must do Blue Hole. Spring Garden and Miss T’s were real disappointments for us personally. Callaloo dip was good at Spring Garden and bammy was good at Miss T’s (where we waited 1.5 hours in a VERY uncrowded restaurant for our food). The accommodations at Sea Palms were wonderful and we never ever felt unsafe. Apartment A2 has the best unobstructed view and the photos don’t begin to do it justice. Bathrooms are updated and there’s nice granite in the kitchen. The only suggestion I would make would be to add air conditioning in the living room area. We enjoyed watching NetFlix at night after a long day of fun and sun. Thanks to Nicola, Veneta, Dalton, and Dalvern for making this a wonderful week! Respect and blessings and love!

I renovated "Coconuts to a high standard from top to bottom a couple of years ago & did my best to provide a comfortable yet very functional space with guests expectations in mind. Beautiful Place

First, communication with Niccola was outstanding. She would reply to every email within minutes and was very thorough with her responses. We worried about nothing. We have been told to not stay in an independent villa in Jamaica because we’d “regret it” and not have a good experience. However, we are not resort people and love to experience the culture of the places we visit… so we ignored the advice of many and booked our stay with A2 Coconuts. We couldn’t have been happier! The location and view from the unit is incredible and we felt incredibly safe and welcome. From the front gatekeeper to the pool guy to the groundskeepers, everyone was so friendly and attentive, and we had some great conversations with the locals there. It’s close enough to many of the attractions and was an easy drive (easy for Jamaica standards). We even found a few local beaches just from asking people where to go for authentic food and beach experience. I think the theme here is don’t be afraid to get out and explore but instead talk and be respectful of the people and they won’t treat you wrong. The place is exactly as described. It was easy to find large supermarkets and even smaller grocery shops for food, and also enjoyed many of the authentic restaurants in the area. Thank you, Niccola. We really had an awesome time and would HIGHLY recommend staying here for anyone looking outside of the all inclusive resort feel. It’s truly a gem in Jamaica.

Rebecca and friends were such a wonderful group to host. They so appreciated the beautiful location of "Coconuts" A2 at Sea Palms as well as the lovely decor. It was their home away from home. They were out every day enjoying the many Attractions and sights to see in our Island Jamaica only to return to their santuary. We were in touch often as I do like to be on hand for all our guests. Beautiful holiday location

The house is beautiful located at the sea, with a marvelous and spectacular view! Nice people and a good and friendly welcome from owner and housekeeper. Definitly a place to revisit again!!
