Enchanting 3 bedroom Villa - private beach, pool, gym - near tourist attractions

We are from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. However, Wayne grew up in a Jamaican household and frequented visits to Jamaica since he was born. He is a lawyer in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Dawn is a disability claims case manager in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We enjoy hanging out with our young children, working out, attempting to eat healthy, and our friends and family keep us busy with social events.

We have always enjoyed hosting our friends and family. Essentially, we are expanding on doing something that we love and look forward helping our guests to have the experience they need and desire to break away.

Arcadia Sea Villa is located in Drax Hall Saint Ann, which is just a 10 minute drive into the tourist down of Ocho Rios. The area has everything a visitor or returning resident could need. To the north you have the view of the Caribbean Sea and to the South the mountain horizons.

There is a solid mix of Caribbean and North American venues very near by, such as Starbucks, Pizza Hut and Kentucky; local Jamaica restaurants such as Scotchie's Jerk Centre, Plantations Smokehouse, Angler's, Sharkies Seafood Restaurant, and Blues Cafe which is in the heart of Ocho Rios, but save room for ice cream from the famous Devon's House Ice Scream.

In addition to the private beach at the Marina Villas, where Arcadis Sea Villa is located, there are many other public beaches near by, such as the Cove, which has a beach and elaborate cliff views, Ocho Rios Bay Beach, which has great music and is located right in the heart of Ocho Rios and Margaritaville Ocho Rios where you can enjoy food and drinks from its bar while your friends or family enjoy the pool and water slide. If you don't mind a driving for 20 to 25 minutes to experience a public beach that has a resort style feeling, Puerto Seco Beach in Discovery Bay Saint Ann is for you. There you will enjoy a resort style pool, beach, inflatable playground, private cabanas and restaurants. We have been to all of these beaches and had wonderful family and friends experiences at all of them.

The tourist attractions are world renowned, and they include the famous Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin's Cover, Mystic Mountain, Cool Blue Hole and the Bob Marley Museum just to name a few.

We chose this neighborhood because we know that it offers a lot to entertain our friends, family and guests. You can have any type of trip you want in this area, whether you just want to relax on a beach, go on a foodie excursion or visit Mystic mountain for an adventure!

Our property is special to us, because our family put a lot of love into it, and we continue to do so. The location is perfect as it sits between two major cities, being Kingston Jamaica and Montego Bay.

Despite the many local attractions in the immediate area, you can simply enjoy your favorite drink or book by the private pool or the adjacent beach and just simply relax and enjoy the view all day until the the bright stars come out at night.
