Centrally located with all the amenities you could need, I recommend this accommodation for families who seek enough space for everyone without sacrificing location. Beautiful, clean condo with lots of space and ideally situated next to the beach in the northern part of Zona Romantica. Sitting at/in the pool or on the balcony was very relaxing with the sounds of the waves and the adjacent river, and the views were phenomenal. Larry and the on-site property manager were excellent hosts and clearly communicated check-in/-out instructions and everything else we needed to know about the property. Would not hesitate to rent this property again next time we're in PV—everyone in our group loved the condo and grounds and enjoyed their stay.

Great place in a perfect location

Condo has a great layout with an amazing view of the ocean and sunsets. We loved the inside/outside living concept. TV was massive with all streaming services provided plus a 1000 channels. Check-in/out was very smooth. Security was top notch. Infinity pool was huge and at a very nice temperature. No one went down at 7am to put a towel down to save a spot at the pool which was great. We had lunch and cocktails several times at the swim up bar/restaurant and we also brought our own drinks down to the pool as well. Location was perfect with the Melacon right next door and a ton of restaurants less then a 10 minute walk away. We can't wait to stay at the condo again!!

Holiday stay in PV

We could not have asked for a better or more relaxing stay for Christmas. We opted for a vacation this season, rather than the tradition Christmas at home. This property had EVERYTHING. It was a master class in marathon relaxation stations. From the sweeping views, sounds of crashing ocean waves, proximity to the everything without having to get into a car... the entire family had a wonderful stay.

Most memorable PV lodging

Our accommodations at Molina De Agua would be considered my most memorable stay of many in Puerto Vallarta! The home was just that - our home for the week and was beyond every expectation we had. The home is just as listed and all the processes to rent it were stress-free and very welcoming. The beds were luxurious, the pool was the best, the property staff were knowledgable and so helpful. We felt the location was top-knotch with so many great restaurants and shops nearby and the beach just beyond the pool!! Our home was clean and spacious. We loved the open air layout and enjoyed very much having a full kitchen AND barbecue to cook after visiting the many fresh meat and produce markets nearby. What a phenomenal experience! Thank you for the stay - we will be back!

You won’t be disappointed. We absolutely loved our stay at Larry’s property and would go back in a minute. Things to know - it’s very well-stocked. We are used to having to bring more and while it’s not a terrible idea to throw in a couple of laundry pods, there was plenty of laundry soap, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, and even some paper plates. We bought 1 roll of paper towels and 1 small package of toilet tissue. There are beach towels but only 5 so keep that in mind. There was also a float available when we were there. And plenty of bags for shopping. The communication with Larry beforehand was amazing and he connected us with the property manager. He was able to set us up with a local chef to come cook for us and I would 100% recommend that. Amazing!!! The property is beautiful and it’s easy to walk to tons of stuff. The pool is great and they had a bartender there during the day. Small snacks were also available. We bought drinks there but also brought our own because it could get a little expensive. I want the master bed and mattress. So comfy!!! There was also plenty of seating for our family of 8 (including 2 littles). We did have to pay a small amount extra for electricity but it wasn’t unreasonable and it was completely worth it to us as we traveled when it was hot!! All in all, it was a great trip and we’d love to stay at Larry’s place again!!

I think this place has the perfect location and is very tranquil. The support staff, from the grounds people, pool bar, and especially security are all very very nice people. The reasons I cannot give this place Five Stars are: 1. Prior to booking I did not realize that there is a limit on daily electricity use or you will be charged more. We didn't use lights or AC during the day and somehow still came close to the overage. For the amount of money I spent to stay here for 2 weeks, we should not have to be worrying about an electric bill. 2. The house was for 8 people. There were only 5 of us but were going to have visitors (family) that didn't exceed 8. If they are not on the initial list of tenants then you can be charged $100 per person. I don't see how this makes any sense when it isn't all inclusive and you aren't exceeding the max number. Any other VRBO Ive had in PV, we just come and go as we please. 3. Lastly, in my specific Condo the master bed should have been changed a LONG time ago. My wife and I didnt sleep thru the night once while we were there. The mattress was like an uncomfortable hammock. This will obviously not be the case in all units, but this was unfortunate for us, and our TV didn't work in the master the whole time. Overall we liked it a lot, but I would probably go back to somewhere with a little less restrictions next time. If you are ok with these, this place is definitely a 5 Star VRBO! Hope the review helps-

The perfect stay

This particular condo is one of the nicest, cleanest, well-kept condos we have ever stayed at. We typically do a lot of traveling and stay in many condos and hotels; this is Now on our all-time top-five list. Also, now our number one condo in Puerto Vallarta. The staff is incredible, attentive, and polite, and the property manager, is top-notch; they don’t get any better than Juan Carlos (JC). This property manager is a rare gem; he was there every time we needed him.. he had excellent communication skills. Every question we asked he had an answer to, for example; we needed a Tour guide, so he set us up with a great personal tour guide. When we needed a contact for zip lining, he also took care of that. This property manager goes above and beyond; all we can say is thank you, JC. Also, Don’t let me forget about Mr. Rocole; regarding booking the condo on VRBO, Mr. Rocole is one of the most accessible people to work with. He made it easy for us to book on Vrbo. Excellent communication skills, super fast responses. It was a pleasure doing business with you, sir. Thank you to you as well. You are what makes VRBO such a great place to book on.

Amazing Vacation

This was our family's 5th time in PV, and the second time staying at the Molino de Agua. The location of the building is perfect, and the building and its grounds are pristine. We stayed in Unit 408. The unit was recently remodeled and is absolutely beautiful. The views from the large balcony are spectacular. Communication with the owner Larry was terrific. A special shout-out to Paty, the property manager, who was in the unit when we arrived to get us acclimated and came back to check us out of the unit. Looking forward to our next stay in Larry's unit.

FABULOUS - Unit 408 Molina de Agua

This 3-bedroom 3bath condo has spectacular views of river and bay! It was immaculate! The hosts were extremely responsive throughout the entire booking process and stay. The condo is conveniently located to all great restaurants, Malacon, theater. We have already booked again for 2023. The property manager, Paty, was attentive and responsive within an hour of our calling re our dilemma with operating the AC & TV. The infinity pool is fantastic and overlooks the bay. (However, the pool bar/eatery is not very good) You must try "Burning Burito" a short distance from condo. Joe Jack's is always great! "Tony's Please" is a little walk up the hill, small family owned place! Archie's Wok great Asian fusion! You will not be disappointed with your stay at #408 Molina de Agua!!!!!!!!!

Amazing Location

Stayed at the property for a wedding and we had such a great experience there. It’s centrally located among many great walkable restaurants and shops. The pool is huge and relaxing. The condo itself is very nice as well. We will definitely be returning to this property.

As residents of the Milwaukee area in Southern Wisconsin USA, we love our escape to Puerto Vallarta where we can relax and enjoy the weather. Wisconsin is famous for its brutal winters and while we're happy to escape them, we also enjoy summers on the magnificent Pacific coast at our Casa de los Suenos (House of Dreams) in Mexico.
Our busy lives at home include my job as vice president of a commercial construction company that does over $300 million in business per year and my wife's position as executive vice president of a healthcare system.
Married since 1978, we have four grown children and three grandchildren with whom we love to share vacation time relaxing on the beach, barbecuing on our private balcony or enjoying the sights and sounds as we walk along the Malecon. Kids and adults alike -- we all enjoy our time in Puerto Vallarta. We look forward to sharing our House of Dreams with you!

Why they chose this property

We've been coming to Puerto Vallarta for over twenty years... and have always loved this town because you can do nothing at all or participate in nonstop action from daylight throughout the night! We've spent most of our time in PV with friends who built a place of their own. While visiting in January of 2008, our friends mentioned that a condo was being built in the best location in Puerto Vallarta. Once we saw the location and reviewed the plans, we fell in love with the project and wanted to have our second home here because of what Puerto Vallarta and the whole area has to offer. We also know that someday this will be a wonderful gift to our children.

What makes this property unique

Our choice to buy the condo at Molina De Agua was not made lightly. As over a forty-year veteran of the commercial construction industry, I had some very high standards for the way things are built. I'm happy to say that this property is of very high quality, with sound-proofing between condos, seismic design considerations, marble floors, marble tiled showers, concrete drives, tiled pool, high ceilings and an efficient air conditioning system that has five zones with four compressors and two fans.
We also wanted our condo to have the optimum view -- being above the tree line for a great view of both the city and the sea. Privacy was also a consideration, so we chose a spot away from the pool's bustle and noise.
