Our one-story home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood centrally located to all that Florida's Adventure Coast has to offer, including the nearby Weeki Wachee Springs.

This home is newly furnished in 2025, including, 2 full bathrooms, 3 fully renovated bedrooms, new lighting and fixtures, and all brand new furniture.

Each detail in the home was hand selected to fit the home's funky charm theme, and to make this home the ideal place to kick back after a day exploring or to simply relax in the Florida sun.

The open floor plan creates a perfect space for families and friends to gather. The living room, kitchen, and dining room flow together leading to the covered patio lounging area. The oversized backyard is fully fenced

Rainy day? No problem! Guests can enjoy our home inside playing board games, cards, or relaxing while watching a movie on our 65-in TV in the living room. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV with access to Netflix and other major streaming apps.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, including a Nespresso maker (pods included), tea kettle (with tea), toaster, blender, and more.

We even have a Doggie Station that has toys, paw wipes, treats, and waste bags for when you bring your furry friend!

Each of the 3 bedrooms are newly furnished and provide plenty of natural light (or you can use the blackout curtains if that's more your speed). Two bedrooms are equipped with a King Bed with brand new luxury bedding. The bonus room has a Queen Bunk Bed with a Foosball Table.

A dedicated home office workspace is located in one of the guest bedrooms. A pack-and-play crib is also available in the master suite closet.

A brand new washer and dryer are located in the garage next to the kitchen.

We definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to visit Spring Himm. There is plenty of room; communication with the host was very quick and easy; check in process was super easy; and the house is lovely. There is plenty of room for a family and the host has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.

Host was great to work with when I made a mistake in the booking dates, he was extremely responsive and worked with us to get the dates corrected. Booking was a last minute change to our plans when we had to travel with our dogs because one of them was wearing a cone of shame and could no longer be boarded. The property was clean, the neighborhood quiet and safe and it was close to my family's home for the holiday.
