Beautifully furnished custom home, only 3 years old. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Primary bedroom has ensuite bathroom with double sinks, oversized shower and a large soaking tub. Home build is an open concept layout for the the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Great for families spending time together. Plenty of seating and TVs in every room. Additional features: Outdoor landscape lighting at night, a 2 car garage with additional parking available in driveway, and large fully fenced backyard for privacy. Enjoy easy access to everything on Cortez Blvd. for from this centrally located home. Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is within walking distance, Oak Hill Hospital less than a mile away. For security purposes we check ID at the time of check in. ID must match the booking profile. No parties, no smoking on the property - no exceptions.

Exactly what we were looking for

We stayed a week over Christmas to visit family. The place is very clean and well-stocked. The driveway is a bit steep, but not an issue for us. Great location close to restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

This was a great place to stay. We were visiting a family member at the nearby hospital and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. The owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

When we arrived the check in process was so easy. Our host megen was great! The house was very clean and met all of our expectations!! The house is close to everything!! We had a nice time visiting friends and relatives during our stay!!

Our stay.

The property was great. Nice and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The arrival gift was very nice. A nice added touch. The kayaks were unexpeced but great. Got use out of them. The host was easy to get a hold of if needed and gave us tips on where to go on our motorcycle. I would highly recommend this property and host. Thank you.

Loved the master bath

The property was clean, very spacious. The master suite was awesome especially the walk in shower. The only complaint was the sitting areas weren’t comfortable for short people. Would stay there again if possible.

Fantastic property

This house is exactly as pictured. Spotless and very comfortable. Everything stocked to make the stay just like being at home. Great location and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely come back if in the area and highly recommend. Check in and out was seamless. Great communication with owner. We really enjoyed out stay.

Exceeded expectations

This was my first VRBO rental necessitated by an event that required almost a two week rental and we decided renting a home would be far more pleasant than an extended hotel stay.From the moment we first made an inquiry about the property to Megan who graciously responded almost immediately, to the moment our stay was complete,the experience was not only seamless but enjoyable. The home is located in a great location,in proximity to stores and area attractions but not on a busy road.The house itself was perfectly clean, in perfect condition, and exactly as depicted in the photographs. The immediate impression is of a very well cared for home and not a rental environment.The home is stocked with any appliance or cooking utensil one might require down to even a mortar and pestle We attended an event that required us to be away for most of each day so did not spend much time there.However, we gladly would have enjoyed the comfortable living room and inviting dining area more had circumstances permitted.We stayed during a particularly cold period where temperatures dropped into high 20’s with windchill and the home is well insulated and ambient temperature easily comfortably maintained. There is a washer and dryer perfect for extended stay. Every detail was thoughtfully attended to .In summary, our stay was absolutely seamless and a pleasure. We plan to secure the rental again when next in the area for a recurring event and would recommend without reservation! 5+star .
