Perfect week getaway

Very nice condo walked a short distance to the beach. There are 5 pools which was cool. Beach was very clean and nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is a little dated but it was sufficient for what I need it for. The outside property is clean and well maintained. The beach is located across the street and various restaurants are in walking distance. The only thing that I didn’t like was the washing machine and dryer didn’t work well in that unit. The security/maintance team was very professional and helpful.

Great place

The place was just as described in the description on VRBO. It was clean and spacious, had a small view of the ocean. It was in walking distance to the ocean, just across the street. Very close to one of the pools and a hot tub. The restaurant on site was awesome, food was delicious just a bit pricey. We would definitely stay again.

Destin trip

Over all the property was in good condition. The main bed was a little worn and sagging in the middle. Otherwise the condo was in a great location to the pool and the beach. We would definitely book it again..

Great Place to Stay

Super easy check-in. Me and my wife got there after 11 pm and we had no problem with security letting us onto the property and directing us to our condo. We dealt with Mrs. Francis when booking the property and all communications were with her. She was very nice and helpful with any information we needed. Condo was clean and there were plenty of towels and rags available and it was a short walk from the beach. Would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was so kind, friendly helpful both with reservations and check in and explaining how shower worked. Access to the beach was wonderful. The beach chair rental service was not cool. We come out in mornings and evenings. One morning they put a chair right at my head. If someone came their feet would be able to kick my head. All the chairs were empty. There were other places to put chairs. For this reason I may never come back. I would be hesitant to recommend to friends. If this was fixed it would be a perfect place to stay.

Enjoyable Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay in this unit. To update prior reviews, the top bunk DOES have a safety rail. It is removable and was stored under the bottom bunk when we arrived. The bunk area no longer has the curtains that are pictured, so there’s no privacy there. The traffic is loud at night when everything else (a/c, refrigerator, washer/dryer, tv) is totally quiet. We only slept in the bedroom, and you cannot hear the traffic from there. If someone is sleeping on the pullout sofa or bunks, I’d recommend bringing a sound machine. The carpet looked like it had been cleaned recently, but there were still areas with stains; however, this did not bother us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location for short walk to the Beach

Reviewer Comments: Condo condition could/should be in better condition for what you pay to stay, sliding balcony door had piece of wood for lock, condo A/C filter looked like wasn't changed in years, condo vacuum ran, but wasn't able to vacuum carpets clean, furniture/ decor is outdated and needs updated kitchen sink garbage disposal didn't work and had food pieces in it, smelt condo up when arrived there. Kitchen was somewhat stocked well with pans,pots, etc.. lastly housekeeping knocked on door at 8am when check-out time is 10am, two minutes after they knocked on door I received a second reminder to checkout online, did not appreciate the hurry up and get out! Overall a pleasant trip for my family and I, will be returning to Destin

Private beach very clean and just right across the street. We had some small issues with the coffee maker and toilet but they were fixed immediately. With the complex being full could not believe how nice and quiet the unit was. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Sister Trip 2022

We noticed when we arrived that the umbrella on the patio was broken so we called and they came and removed it at once. Only thing that was not great was the parking, we really wished that the parking spots had the condo number on them so that they would be for that condo only. They never did bring a replacement umbrella, but that was fine we enjoyed our stay so well. The beach was just a short walk as well has the pool and hot tubs. We could not hear the other families that stayed next to us at all. great place to feel safe while you stay due to the gate keepers and really a nice family place.

Stay somewhere else!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The shower would not come on O.OThere was one bulb in the bathroom, the toilet rocked away from the wall. I never received instructions for how to check in from Sandpiper Cove, so on the day of my check in, I spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO. Check in was easy but how would I know since they never told me. Once I gave my cc, I didn't hear back. I could not get the tv to come on and the internet was out from Friday til Monday. This is not cool, I was not there to spend my time going back and forth to the office to get stuff fixed. The carpet was dingy and the paint on the walls was gross. The gate guys were great, the kitchen worked well, it was clean, the laundry worked, I did feel secure at night as I was alone and the door and lock seemed sturdy.
