That said, I completely understand your frustration regarding the pool, hot tubs, and dishwasher — those are all important parts of the experience. The pool and hot tub closures were due to necessary repairs, and I do apologize that you were not notified in advance. I understand how disappointing that is, especially when those amenities were a key factor in choosing the property. Regarding the dishwasher, I’m sorry that was not resolved during your stay. That is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I understand how frustrating that must have been. As for compensation, we do our best to be fair and consistent in how we handle these situations, but I do understand your concerns and appreciate you sharing them. Your refundable deposit is typically processed within 7–10 days after departure, provided there are no damages reported. If you are outside of that timeframe, please let me know and I will be happy to check on the status for you. We do appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience in the future.
