The apartment was in a perfect location to get anywhere! Public transportation is magnificent in Seattle and the apartment is right next to several bus lines! The apartment is also very clean and has everything needed to make any trip a great getaway! I would stay here again!

The location was great, you could walk to transit when needed, but got to use the parking pass, which came in clutch. Everything was clean. We slept so surprisingly great, bed was okay. It was a wonderful kitchen to cook a few meals, if your into that. Host was great, kind and gave good recommendations

Fabulous apartment. Great neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was perfect. GREAT location- Safeway is only a few blocks away- easy walk. Just be aware that there are some steep steps up, and parking on the street is limited. Lovely small lanai. I would stay here again!!

We didn’t spend a ton of time in the apartment, but this place worked perfectly! The location is awesome- very well located in Capitol Hill and close to easy bus routes and a grocery store. Next time we’re in Seattle, we will definitely seek this spot out!

Erik’s place is great. Good location, clean apartment, and well set up for two people comfortably. We really appreciated the flexibility with a late check out time as well.

Cute little one bedroom in a perfect location. We walked down to Victrola coffee every morning, Trader Joe’s was a 5 min walk away, everything was close and convenient, and the space was great. We love that this is managed by a family and not some big property management company.

This was an excellent place to stay. The kitchen was tastefully updated and well equipped. A comfortable bathroom was also updated and had a great shower. Everything in the apartment was very clean. The airconditioning and fans worked well. Erik was quick to answer my questions. It was a pleasant home away from home.

The apartment had everything the two of us needed for a week in Seattle. The location is perfect for restaurants, shops and public transportation. The apartment gets nice light. The kitchen and bathroom included all the amenities. We appreciated the bedroom air conditioner and even found, though it is loud, it worked as white noise (and I’m a bad sleeper!). The apartment is lived in and cozy in the best way. We will definitely return if the apartment is available in the future.

Wonderful, quiet location and great space to feel comfortable for a couple days.Great local transit nearby to get anywhere in the city! The apartment met all our needs: great sitting space, shower, and comfortable bed/bedding.

Comfortable and clean, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Perfect location on Capitol Hill; within walking distance of restaurants, nightclubs, groceries, and medical facilities. Also, it is located within easy walking distance of public transportation to Seattle Center and Pike Place. Erik and Laura are terrific hosts! I will try to return here for my next visit to Seattle

From planning to check-in to amenities and check out this is a well managed, clean, convenient place even for an extended stay. Host was reachable and attentive. Perfect for the two of us with all we needed for cooking, comfort and relaxation. Good value as well.

Cozy spot in a location accessible to so many restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, bars, and more. Most within walking distance. Downtown Seattle was just a short drive, maybe about 20 mins. Or at least it seemed. Clean, cozy, feels safe and like home. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice little place comfortable for two. Great location. Clean, nice shower. Well stuffed, everything worked (we did not try TV). Parking around was a little tight, fortunately we did not have to drive around much because center of our activities was in the walking distance. Otherwise, every time you move your car it is difficult to find the place to park again. Warning to people with limited mobility - relatively long stairs are relatively steep, also walking on narrow path around the house to get in especially when it is dark in the evening requires focus. (Probably no problem for younger people). We were lucky that weather was very mild, should it be hot we were not sure that air conditioning would be adequate due to the internal space geometry. In general, we were satisfied with our stay and will consider it next time.

I really found the place very comfortable and fun to stay in. All the essentials were there, and everything worked fine. Comfortable bed too, with lots of extra blankets in case of a cold night. clean bathroom, and the kitchen worked well too
