Cozy Stay By The Coast

Pomegranate Perch was close to the beach and great for a family of 3 and a dog. The outdoor space was a nice and perfect for our furry one. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great Stay

Perfect rental home to stay in while visiting our family in Dana Point. The 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty space for everyone. Check in was as easy as it gets. I’d highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place close to the Lantern District and beaches.

We’ll be back!

My husband and I were scrambling for a last minute place to stay in Orange County with our 60lb dog and we were so grateful that this place was available! This house turned out better than we could imagine, great house, good sized backyard, and location can’t be beat. I highly recommend this home!

Great location.

Overall this was a very nice place. We had several issues but the manager addressed them immediately. The rating for cleanliness was due to a very dirty oven and some dirty pots and utensils.

Just a great experience all around

Appreciate the quick a professional communication with owner for last minute hiccups we had and questions during our stay. We were at a CR conference in Lake Forest, Saddleback Church and the location was great for us to have a reasonable commute and enjoy the beach nearby. Neighbors all very friendly. Will be back.

Family Gathering

We were there for a family members funeral. It was the perfect location for everything we needed, such as stores and the proximity to where the rest of our family lives. The table in the dining area was large enough to fit everyone, and the open kitchen let all who prefer to be in there, talk with the rest of us spread through the living room. The owner responded quickly, when we had any questions, and offered any assistance we may have needed. We will rent this house again. Thank You

Great neighborhood

Property managers were very nice and open to feedback. The bedroom beds were very comfortable, we liked having a desk in each room. We used them for work and school. Great backyard and perfect if you bring a dog. Kitchen was very nice and open. The air conditioning and heater worked great. We really loved taking walks, so many cute/nice houses to admire. Very charming neighborhood. Living room layout/furniture could have been better And if they added a patio deck umbrella in the backyard, this property would be beyond perfect.

Shower, Dryer Bummer, Doggy Escape

The property was nice, two beds and two bathrooms. Nice size kitchen, and living space and a really big back yard. The negatives, the large shower sprays water all over and you need to replace the rug or towel every day as it gets wet after one person takes a shower. The dryer does not dry the closthes all the way. You have to run it 2 or 3 times to get your clothes fully dry. There is a large hole in the fence where my big dog was able to stick her head through, and the little dog was able to escape.

Great location and comfortable house!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two weeks with our two pups. The house had everything we needed for working remotely during the week (including desks in each bedroom and fast Wifi for Zoom calls) as well as for exploring the area on the weekends (including beach towels / chair / umbrella and convenient location to Newport Beach in the north and Carlsbad in the south). The fully fenced backyard is a nice touch. Very private and safe for families / dog parents and the fire pit is perfect for roasting s'mores. There's also a nice large deck that my pups loved to sun on! Lastly, the rental comes with many nice small touches like paper towels, toiletries, and dishwasher / laundry pods. Easy, fully remote check-in process and Ross is very responsive to questions. Made for a very comfortable stay!

Great location and house!

My boyfriend and I (and our two dogs) stayed here for two weeks while working remotely. We had a wonderful stay and the house was well equipped for everything we needed for working during the week and sightseeing on weekends! For those considering this place, highlights include: - Location: 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. The beach is gorgeous if you walk left from the Coast Highway and we loved letting our dogs run on the sand. Also super close to anywhere you want to go in the OC - Comfort: Beds and furniture were comfortable and the unit was spacious. We had all that we needed for an extended stay away from home. Internet is also very fast and can easily handle multiple Zoom calls (for these Covid times) - Backyard: Deck is great (pups loved lounging in the sun on it) and backyard fire pit is perfect for roasting s'mores - Little touches: House included paper towels, toiletries, dishwasher and laundry pods, etc. Just nice little touches that aren't always standard in a rental house Would highly recommended to my friends and hoping we can have another chance to come back in the future!

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to our friends, the beach , Dana Point Harbor, grocery stores, Costco are a short 5 to 8 min drive. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the place was immaculate , comfortable and the perfect size with two full bathrooms, two good size bedrooms and an open kitchen with everything one would need. Would definitely stay here again. and the host, Ross was a great communicator and very helpful and available. 5 stars overall !!!!

Great private place to stay

When we arrived we noticed the privacy. As we went in we walked into an open living room, dinning area and beautiful kitchen. Home has two master sized bedrooms. House is equipped with lots of necessities the bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Kitchen has all you need as well. My only suggestion is that you bring Clorox wipes. I would have preferred they had a keurig coffee maker to save time making coffee as well as clean up. This place is perfect for a family of 5 and a pet. I would definitely stay here again. Location is closed to everything.

Great Quick Getaway

Perfect little place for a girls weekend while my mom's house was being tented for termites. We were close to the beach and short drive to restaurants. Lovely home.

Great walk to the beach

We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing! The walks to the beach were easy and such beautiful views. Make sure to go to the neighborhood gazebo to watch the sunset.

Dogs Are Welcome !

This lovely home is clean, functional, and welcomes dogs. The fully secure backyard was essential and perfect. GREAT beds (a must), linens and a super easy walk to Pine's Park to watch the sunrise every morning with a beautiful ocean view. Perfect for us while our home was being worked in and we needed a place to work/ play/ and care for our doggies!
