Location + Design OTR Gem, plus free parking!

In the heart of OTRs lively historic district. Beautifully renovated 2 story 2 bedroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor. Walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars, shops, sporting events. Ziegler Park and Ziegler Pools can be enjoyed steps away. Plus free parking pass for The Ziegler Garage located directly behind the building. We have 2 other listings in our building. Another 2 bedroom and a smaller 1 bedroom.

There is a king and a queen bedroom, we can accommodate 4 additional twin beds if requested. All linens and towels are included. We also have a fully stocked kitchen. It's truly your home away from home!

Cincinnati streetcar operates up to 18 hours a day and 365 days a year and it’s free. The streetcar route is 3.6 miles long, traveling on a loop from Second Street (at The Banks on the riverfront) to Findlay Market in OTR. We are located 1 & 1/2 blocks from the Streetcar pick up. Uber and Lyft are plentiful in this area and it is often cheaper than a cab, or parking meters. Red Bike Rentals 1 & 1/2 block away. From the airport you can take the TANK bus for $2 and it drops you off at 5th and Main. Apartment is 13th and Main... 9 blocks away. This is a pretty fast and inexpensive alternative.

Popped in on a work trip

Had a great stay! Popped in for a work trip and needed to make samples for our customer. Used the kitchen, it was well stocked with bowls, measuring cups and the like. Great centrally located location. Will stay again when I'm in Cincinnati.

Funky, fun and cozy!

This is my second time staying at this property - love the vibe, love the location! Great, comfortable, FUN place to stay. Easily could stay multiple nights. The ONLY downside is the community pool next door - it can be quite noisy in the morning/afternoon. Otherwise, I adore this apartment and would definitely stay again!

Great weekend

This was a perfect place for a wedding weekend in Cincy. The host is gracious and extremely prompt. The location is ideal. The decor is super cute and the beds are so comfortable. This is a true loft, so be aware, there are a lot stairs.

This was a wonderful loft in the heart of Main Street. Communication with the host was easy, and everything from the parking pass to the helpful notes on the area was set up to make our stay comfortable and the entire process smooth.

A cute, urban apartment in a great location. Parking nearby in a public garage was included. Very nice! Owner responded promptly to questions. All in all a great place to stay when staying in Cincinnati.

Perfect for a weekend in Cincinnati

Property was easy to find and get into; secured parking with pass was great (and close). Property was clean, quiet, perfect size and came with all the amenities. Air conditioning was able to be set to your liking, which is nice, and bed was super comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with and was responsive. Location was right in the heart of OTR and close to everything; we walked to the Reds game and it was a nice walk - flat. Highly recommend!!

Fun time!

We had a nice stay in Cincinnati over the 4th of July. Walking distance to Washington Park for fireworks, Findlay Market. We did the underground tour with American legacy and it was great! Ball park about a 20 minute walk. Great restaurants nearby. Maybe it was the holiday, but lots of police presence on and around Main Street. Apartment was clean and cute! Lots of stairs.

Spacious, gracious, and clean

This was a perfect place for my family of 4 to stay. Having two floors and two bedrooms allowed us to put the kids to bed and be grownups for a bit. The neighborhood was perfect for us, walkable to shops and restaurants, as well as my conference sites. The kids loved the playground behind the building and at Washington Square, as well as the spiral staircase. The apartment was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed. We wanted for nothing, but communication was great and welcoming. Thank you!

Lucky me

What a title! Yeah the reviews gave me hope but this historic building was just what I needed. Great and sometimes lively location. My bedroom has a spectacular view of the pool. Convenient to downtown. Complimentary parking. There are many good locations listed on this website and other short term rental sites. This one was right in every sense especially if you plan a more than one day trip. I’m already booked for a return trip that will be longer than the first one.

Wonderful apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in the Over the Rhine neighborhood. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The living room was comfortable, as were the bedrooms. It was especially great to have the parking pass so we didn't have to worry about parking.

Fantastic stay!

We really enjoyed this lovely OTR rental! The location was great, lots of great restaurants, bars and activities to do nearby. Also very clean and well stocked for our stay. There was a good amount of street noise on the weekend especially, but I think any large city would have that, we enjoyed that a white noise machine was included in the bedroom to help the kiddos get to sleep. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I would most definitely stay again!

The Gem of OTR

We had an amazing stay at this eclectic beauty of a home! The owners were great to communicate with, the location was easily accessible and close to great food and brew, and our kids loved Ziegler Park. The steps are narrow leading to the apartment but it reminded us of our European stays. The home has everything you could need plus some! We'd stay again!

Love the OTR!

Property could not have been more comfortable. Denise has thought of everything... toiletries, controls for ceiling fans, M&Ms! Designed thoughtfully, super clean, and very comfortable. Parking in the lot across from Ziegler pool was a breeze, felt safe. The neighborhood has a variety of demographics- one of the reasons we chose to stay there. We were not comfortable out after 9:00 at night, but we feel that way about any city we visit. During the day we felt totally safe and comfortable exploring the neighborhood. We recommend Iris Book Cafe for morning coffee and Bfast- the outdoor garden is magical!

Fantastic for families!

We absolutely LOVED Denise and her amazing apartments! We rented two for 10 days and it was fantastic for our family group. Close to e everything thanks to the brilliant streetcar and the neighborhood is full of good eats, drinks, and a pool too! We played tennis, went to museums and a play, The Escape Room, Findlay Market and more. Wonderful experience. Thank you!

Very cool place!

The stairs were a bit daunting for us at first. There were seven of us ranging from two to seventy-four. It was an adventure! The home was so cool! Great decor. Serene bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful artwork. The little ones had a wonderful time at the pool and the adjacent park. There was an amazing deli next door and interesting shops and restaurants. This is your place if you appreciate restored buildings and all things vintage and retro. You are very close to museums and the waterfront. I have to say the stairs were a workout but my physical therapist was very proud of me for tackling them everyday. Well worth it!

Perfect pad in a hot city 'hood

So glad we chose this place over a hotel for our two-week Cincinnati visit over the holidays. I've lived in Over-the-Rhine and was eager to explore all the changes in the neighborhood -- this location was ideal for that, and the apartment itself is arranged and appointed well for families. (A summertime stay would be even more fun, but a lot noisier, I'm sure.) The owner was kind enough to issue a late refund when our plans changed due to a family funeral out of town, and when one of my teen boys left an item damaged, she calmly reached out and we were able to resolve the expense quickly and fairly. Appreciate the care and convenience that we experienced here.
