Property was great, as advertised, only a couple of critiques, not complaints just critiques: the stairs are brutal after walking around downtown having a few drinks, and the water doesn’t get super hot. But overall great place that I hope to stay at again!

Great location! House was very clean and comfortable. Make sure to read in the description that there is no elevator if you have a family member that has trouble with stairs. My ONLY complaint, and this is a personal preference, the shower was not overly hot. Other than that, this property is amazing! Clean, great location, very comfortable.

It was alright.. Nothing that wowed me. Beds were soft and comfy. But the shower……. Shower water temperature is HORRIBLE!!! Freezing in there. Even with it all the way up..Did not enjoy or looked forward to taking a shower after working 12 hours. Host does not accept extra ppl or you will be immediately revoked entry so the number of guests on your checkout is the only number of ppl allowed in. Guess he is watching. Liked the eating area. And make sure u can walk stairs. Garage across the street is not in and out. Have to pay each time you leave.. Place was clean.

Even though I was not too fond of 3 flights of stairs, no elevator accessibility, the minor workout was much needed for me! lol. It nice, comfy, clean; maybe performing a fresh dust clean and sweep before new guests is ideal, but other than that organized, updated, comfy, easy communication with owner. No big concerns/issues during stay.

Surveillance

The Location was great, area perfect... You could walk to all areas of downtown Cincinnati. I met with friends and family. Which was and issue with the owner. He wanted to change the price because my family came by. I did not know we could not had to meet guests outside of the apartment. We aslo had an issue with the lock code and we had to sit outside the apartment for an hour because the owner did not believe I was inputting the code properly. I send video of the action and was met with a reprimand and a threat that rate will changed , due to my family member stopping b. He was uncomfortable because he believed they were staying in the house. When I expalain that I have family there, he became short and dismissive tand told me he will dicussion it later.. I feel like I was being surveillanced so iwe went to my sister's in-laws home to stayed out of the apartment as much as we could. But as far as the area the apartment was nice. I cleaned everything to make sure that he didn't or couldn't say we broke or stole or did anything to his apartment.
