Property was just as advertised. It was a perfect fit for our short vacation in Bandon. Nice remodel upgrades with all the amenities we needed. We will revisit again.

The house is AWESOME, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever laid in in a vacation rental, the proximity is 10 minutes from the resort, and the owner is ultra-responsive. If this property is available and you don’t stay there, you’re doing yourself a disservice. It’s a 5* no-brainer!

We loved getting to stay here. Super easy check in process, the place was spacious and in a beautiful location. Would definitely come back for my next trip to Bandon!

Very nice place that was everything we needed for a few guys on a golf trip.

Felt like the home was even bigger and nicer than advertised! Usually it’s the other way around so was pleasantly surprised at how great the place was!

Beautiful and incredibly clean home in a gorgeous setting. Lots of personal touches in the home. Was the prefect set up for our golf foursome. Owners were quick to respond and very helpful. Will definitely be back!

What a wonderful gem of a place! Not sure how much I want to reveal- we want to come back!! :) So obvious that Paul and Laura want to make the homiest happiest stay! What a perfect place for grandkid stay-2 distinct sleep areas, that sleep at least 4-6, wonderful toys everywhere, amazing outdoor space, complete with deer families! Beds were comfy, bathrooms roomy, wonderful gathering places for meals, playing games, and watching games! Very spacious well equipped kitchen…wonderful hammock, amazing coffee/tea station with lots of options provided… all perfectly clean, spacious and cheerful! :) Sitting on the listening to the ocean was sublime… not to mention the star-gazing on the hot tub!! SUBLIME!! Really appreciated the ability to open windows, loved the tp embosser , and the owner recommendations!

Cozy three bedroom house, great place to spend the holidays in, separated from busy towns, but close enough if you want to stop by bandon or Coos Bay. Beautiful decor. Lots of games provided by the host. Loved the rock painting set up they have.

This was truly a coastal escape! It was so tidy while being cozy and felt like home away from home. I especially loved all the options at the coffee bar. One of the best we’ve stayed at so far. Thank you for sharing this little gem with us.

Our stay was not long enough! The house was beautiful. The owners have made this house such a cozy place to relax. You can hear the sound of the ocean while washing dishes or sitting in the living room. The house was also so very clean & we appreciate that ! The hot tub was even better! Thank you so much & we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the home and property! We got to see elk and deer right in the yard.The hit tub was wonderful. The home was very clean and an eye for detail given to each space.Couldn't ask for more. Hope to return next year!

We had a great stay at this home. Little touches made us feel very welcome. Not too far from Bandon beaches and downtown. Great beach access. We had lots of cold wind during our stay which was great for kite flying but a little chilly for other beach activities. Rooms were all roomy and kitchen was well stocked. We had fun playing games and watching the amazing sunsets.

Golf Trip

We had a great experience staying here. Hot tub was great, house is super clean and nice. We had a great view of the ocean. One thing that usually gets overlooked in VRBOs is coffee. This house was fully stocked with all kinds of different coffee which we all really appreciated!! Paul was really great to rent from. He truly went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. I don’t normally leave reviews but this house definitely deserved one. Thank you.

Loved our stay

Our family had an amazing time here. Can’t say enough good things about the property and hosts. Paul & Laura were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen for meals we made, nice hot tub, amazing views, clean and comfortable. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The only thing we didn’t realize from the listing, is the room with the smaller bed is open into the kitchen. We loved watching the deer roam around the yard, the sunsets and enjoyed the firework show in downtown Bandon. Will definitely be back!

Nothing short of Awesome!

When I booked this house I had very specific needs. It was to the point where I didn't even look at rating or reviews, I just needed enough room and outside space. We got to stay with 9 people from grandkids to grandparents and some fur babies as well for 5 days 4 nights. This property was fulfilling of all of our needs and then some. Much bigger than the pictures make it feel, we had more than enough room inside but spent most of our weekend in the big yards, yes multiple yards and a great view of the sunsets. The house is very well stocked with very nice pots and pans with plenty of seasonings and lots of service settings. The house has 3 kings beds, a queen Murphy bed, a double with a stowaway single(I believe) under. Had zero complaints of comfort for the beds, and I laid on all of them and they were comfy. The Fox Paulson Ranch will be on my favorites list for future stays and is easily top 3 of the MANY houses my family have stayed at the last 15 years in Bandon. Thank you so much to Paul and Laura for your accomodations and putting such a beautiful piece of property out for your guests to enjoy.

Thankyou Nicole for your review! I apologize that I am slow to respond, but yes, we too have stayed in many hotels and BnB's as well. When we set this house up, we wanted it to be as good or better than our own home.
