Spacious 4-bedroom house with AC, WiFi in wonderful Golden Shores

Unwind in Golden Shores at this pleasant house. With 4 bedrooms including 1 California King bed (MBR), bedrooms 2 & 3 have Queen beds, and 1 room with bunk beds (twin over full). Guests will have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the peace and convenience to area attractions. AC, washing machine/dryer and WiFi. We have a fantastic, raised deck with a great view to unwind, as well as a patio, to sip your coffee in the mornings. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. We were in town for a Celebration of Life and needed a place where we could be together as a family. There was more than enough space, the beds were comfortable and the place had everything and more than what we needed for a comfortable weekend. The upstairs outdoor deck had awesome views and was a great place to gather and relax. Thank you to the host! Great VRBO. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing time at this large home just minutes from the river.

This home was amazing. At the time we went, it was fairly newly list so it is in immaculate condition with mostly brand new furniture. Plenty of space for our group to spread out and all beds were comfortable. The pool table and games were a nice touch. Caryn was very communicative and accessing the property was really easy. We will definitely be staying here again on our next river trip.

Why they chose this property

The area is quiet, easy access to boat launch and close to Laughlin, Bullhead City, Kingman and Lake Havasu City.

What makes this property unique

This property is over 2200sf with a raised deck with a great view of the area. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The empty lot to the left of the house (when you are facing the house) is also ours.
