My family, which includes five daughters, spouses and grandkids stayed here for the weekend. We had a fabulous time. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was available for any questions or issues. Loved the big great room and kitchen bar area. We made wonderful family memories and will definitely be returning next year.

Jon was an excellent host. He quickly answered all questions we had before and during our stay. The property is very clean, with comfortable beds and a huge kitchen. The outdoor Blackstone grill was used often! There’s a great, clean, sandy beach with comfortable lounges and umbrellas. We are looking forward to booking our next river adventures with Jon again. We were a group of 16 varying in ages from 1-78.

My family stayed here for 3 nights and wow, it is our favorite rental we have ever stayed at! Not only is the location perfect, but the space is huge and the house is stocked with everything you could ever need. Everything from the quality of the beds, the towels, the beach chairs, etc felt fresh and clean. We will absolutely be coming back to enjoy another family vacation at this property. Thank you for everything!

I found my familys new yearly tradition. Booking was simple. Communication with the host jon was great. The check in was as easy as it gets. The house and the casita was amazing. It was very accommodating for the 16 people including our little dog that enjoyed the weekend by the river. The house was given to us in great and sanitary shape. All of our needs were met. The private dock and the beach was awesome. Check out doesnt have endless chores. Very reasonable and easy check out process. Not the spot you want to check out and skip to see if there's something better or cheaper. There's not. youre getting two river front houses with your own beach and dock. It will get booked by the time you come back around. Just book it you won't regret it. I booked next year's trip already on the last day of our current trip. Looking forward to 2027. Thanks Jon!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious, beautiful, and clean. Everything was well maintained and great amenities with fully stocked kitchen. The host communicated promptly answering any questions right away. We especially loved the beach access and launch ramp, which made it easy to enjoy time on the river. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and we are definitely staying here again. Highly recommend!
