Incredibly beautiful modern home.

Beautiful modern brand new home, outstanding location surrounded by nature with a gorgeous view out onto the ocean. The large swimming pool is stunning. The house is about a 10 minute drive to Playa Negra and just about 5 minutes to the closest town so it feels like you are close to everything but at the same time isolated, surrounded by stunning nature. I only wished we’d had more time to really enjoy this little piece of paradise. I will for sure book again. Carla the host was absolutely fantastic and had some great tips for us. Check in and out was super easy. Highly recommend!! Thank you Carla.

Villa In Paradise

The house is absolutely amazing — brand new, stunning, and truly spectacular. You can tell it was designed by someone with great taste and attention to detail. Beyond its beautiful design, the house is also incredibly functional. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook any type of meal. There’s also a large outdoor grill, perfect for barbecuing and enjoying meals outside.It’s just a few minutes from both Playa Negra and Playa Avellanas, making it super convenient to get around, even though you feel completely immersed in nature.In the mornings, we were often greeted by monkeys playing in the Matapalo tree right next to the house, and tropical birds flying by at dawn — it really felt like being in the heart of nature, in the best possible way.And the sunsets… absolutely breathtaking. Every evening, the sun sets directly in front of the pool, creating the most incredible view. Watching the sky light up from the water was pure magic.The property manager, Carla, was outstanding. She helped us with everything — from having groceries ready at the house when we arrived, to organizing all of our tours, and even setting up a private chef for one of our dinners. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing — she was always available, helpful, and one step ahead of our needs.This place is a dream. I recommend it to everyone and can’t wait to go back!
