Nestled in the quiet gated community of Rancho Villareal, it`s only a 10-minute drive from Tamarindo Beach and near other spectacular beaches like Avellanas, Langosta, Conchal, Potrero, Flamingo, and Playa Grande, providing an ideal base for exploration and relaxation.
Each guest will enjoy a comfortable stay, as every bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom, with the master bedroom featuring an outdoor shower with full privacy. The layout includes a king bed, a full bed, a trundle bed, and a full-size bunk bed, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
The fully equipped kitchen and large indoor dining area are perfect for preparing and enjoying meals, whether you`re cooking a gourmet dinner or simply preparing snacks for the day. Afterward, unwind by the pool, surrounded by lush nature, or enjoy a meal on the terrace with a BBQ for a fun, laid-back evening..
The house provides parking for up to 5 cars.
With several grocery stores, bakeries, ice cream shops, and fruit markets nearby, Villa Solo Noi offers convenience and is the perfect location to explore the many popular attractions in the area, such as Black Stallion Eco Park & Estates, Canopy Vista Tamarindo, and more.
