We stayed here for a family trip and overall had an okay experience, but there were several issues—especially for the price.The biggest drawback was the pool. It was advertised as heated, but the heater wasn’t working properly and required manual adjustments throughout our stay. A technician came out, but it was still a hassle. One of the main reasons we booked was the pool slide for our kids, but it was outdated and rough, so they barely used it.The refrigerator also stopped working a few days in, which ruined food. The host reimbursed us, which we appreciated, but we were left dealing with a partially working fridge.There were several smaller issues as well: a bed broke the first night (fixed next day), pool cues were unusable, the kitchen was under-stocked (not enough silverware or baking pans), some light bulbs were missing, and trash was full upon arrival with no clear instructions.The home is listed for 16 guests, but it felt tight for that many adults. Some had to share beds or use couches. In no way can it fit 16 adults, thankfully we had small children, we could squeeze in beds and some on couches.The host was responsive and tried to help, but it felt like much of our stay involved working around maintenance issues. Overall, the home has potential but didn’t meet expectations for a “luxury” stay at all.

We stayed at this property with a group of 14 for my co-ed bachelorette weekend. The home itself is spacious and had the potential to be a great place for a large group gathering, but unfortunately several issues impacted our stay.When we arrived, the pool was green and unusable. We were told there had been recent bad weather, which we understand can happen, but it didn’t appear that the pool had been treated or prepared prior to our arrival.The outdoor fire pit was also not working. Because it was quite cold during our stay, this amenity was something we were really looking forward to using, and without it we weren’t able to comfortably enjoy the outdoor space on our first night.Additionally, the main refrigerator was not working. With a group our size and the amount of food we had brought for the weekend, this created a significant inconvenience.The kitchen utensils and equipment were also quite worn and limited for a home that accommodates large groups. The Keurig machine in particular appeared very old and raised some sanitation concerns.I normally don’t like leaving critical reviews, but these issues did impact our experience and were frustrating during an important weekend celebration. With some maintenance updates and attention to these details, this property could be a much better experience for future guests.
