Slopeside Snow Escape | Cozy Fireplace & Hot Tub

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that our team member was able to assist you with your luggage, and we appreciate your kind words about his help. We’re sorry that the third-floor location and lack of an elevator came as a surprise and made arrival difficult, especially for you both. We understand how important accessibility is, and we will review our listing to ensure these details are clearly communicated moving forward. Thank you as well for noting the size of the bathroom. While the layout is fixed, your feedback helps us better set expectations for future guests. We truly appreciate your comments and hope you’ll consider staying with us again. We would be more than happy to help you select a unit that better suits your accessibility needs for a more comfortable experience.
