This comfortable ADU apartment is in a quiet historic neighborhood conveniently located off the 405 freeway in Long Beach. Enjoy restaurants and shopping at the nearby Bixby Knolls/Atlantic Avenue corridor, or take a short drive to access Long Beach/North Orange County shopping and beach communities. The light and bright apartment has a separate entry and access to a patio and backyard. The apartment was designed to maximize space and includes a full kitchen, large bath, and pull out couch.
