Beach get away, great location!!

Welcome to our beach getaway!!
100 yards to direct access to the beach. This quaint cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, plus an outdoor shower and a queen sized sleeper sofa. Walking distance to Matunuck Oyster Bar, Jim's dock, Captain Jack's and marinas. Watch Block Island ferry's and fishing boats head out to sea at a local pier. Located in the Jerusalem area of Narragansett, this home is a central location to all that Narragansett has to offer from beaches and fine dining, to family fun! Please come and enjoy a relaxing week or two by the ocean! Rental check in is at 3 PM, check out is 10 AM.

Myself and a few friends stayed here. We had a GREAT time! The communication with the manager was phenomenal & the place was spotless! very cozy & close to the beach. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future stays.

Quaint perfect cottage

Location, being able to walk across the street the beach was so great. Cottage provided everything we could possibly need, grill, coffee maker, deck with umbrella, very comfortable temperature controlled, etc.

Amazing stay

This beach house is perfectly located for an epic beach week or weekend! We stayed with family from out of town and even though it was a windy rainy weekend it helped us have an unforgettable experience! The owners are great and worked with us on my confusion about the pet policy! (Sorry and thank you again) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We loved proximity to the beach which was the best part. The cottage was surface clean but lacked thorough cleaning (behind nightstands and trash cans for example). The furnishings and decor were rough, tired and unfinished. We had problems with door lock and just left a rear door open so we could get in. Water pressure was good and beds were comfortable.

URI Family Weekend

We were up for our daughters family weekend at URI. In the past we had stayed at hotels, but this was a much more enjoyable option. The house is great and the location is beautiful. We just wish we could have had better weather so we could have enjoyed the location more.

Lovely place, lovely community

We were there for only two nights but enjoyed every minute. It is even nicer that than the pictures! Really just steps from the beach and, when it was to chilly to hang there, the backyard was perfect. Dar was very helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.

A perfect beach retreat

We were a little nervous about the property because all of the ten star reviews seemed too good to be true. They were all accurate. The cottage was just as advertised and is truly 150 steps from the beach. Quiet, safe neighborhood with friendly people.

My happy place

This cottage is perfect and i wish it were mine. Super clean and tidy, close to nature, comfortable furniture, beautifully appointed, sheets towels glasses etc, and a really helpful and friendly property manager. We arent so outdoorsy anymore so we find it a comfortable place to chill away from home. And two great restaurants are only minutes away.

Perfect small space

We had a wonderful time. We traveled with our one year old. It would have been a tight fit if our party was larger than two adults and a baby. The bedrooms are not large enough to comfortably fit a travel crib so anyone traveling with a baby should plan to use one room for themselves and the other for the crib. We’ll definitely be back!
