convenient and well priced rental in Palm Coast

Went to a 3 day event at near Hammock dunes resort where the nightly rates run $350+ per night. Great alternative.

Very nice accommodations.. Clean and very comfortable.. A very good value.. There is no manager or check in office on the premises. I suggest you contact the property manager prior to arriving to get information for access to your room..

Nice location

The property is definitely one that we’ll visit again. Had issues with the owner double booking our suite but he had a queen suite that was nice (not what we reserved, but nice). Communication was good with owner and he immediately stepped up to make up for the inconvenience. We’d like to visit again. We enjoyed ourselves!

Happy with our stay

We stayed for 2 weeks. There is so much to do in the area in walking distance. I have been coming to Palm Coast for 12 years and have seen more in 2 week then all the other times there. The place was clean and had everything you need !

European village stay-

Was somewhat difficult checking in/getting into the condo. There where different keys and key fobs for different doors/elevators/stairwells and codes to use. Initial key had to be retrieved from an outside transformer lock box. Not easy working combination in the drenching rain. Elevator did not work with key fob one day (presumably due to the moisture of constant rain). There were a few lights that did not work inside the condo. We needed that extra lighting! Otherwise our stay was good. Condo was clean and comfortable. Only used it for sleeping as we were out each morning early and not returning til late evening. Communication with owner was very good.

Delightful new way to vacay!

The European Village was so very nice! Shops and restaurants and even hair salon all in ur courtyard! Entertainment in the evenings was great!! Our condo balcony was such a great way to wind down each day!! Bed was very comfortable and all was well appointed!! Enjoyed the large shower too!! We will be back!!
