House was great! The only complaint was with the hallway bathroom it had a lot of hair in the towels and in the shower that seemed to have been left behind. Other than that it was a great stay. The lockbox for the key could use to be updated it was not cooperating and took a while to get it opened and closed. Overall a great place to stay I would book again.

Kim is an amazing host! We have stayed here before and enjoyed coming back again! House is perfect for our needs when we are in the area. House is clean. More than enough amenities. Location is great ! Get to Flagler Beach in 10/15 minutes. Close to 95. Shopping and many restaurants near by.Kim is efficient in communicating when needed. We will always keep this house as one of favs.

Excellent property

The check in instructions were very simple and easy to follow. The house itself was very clean and organized with a full stock of anything we could have needed for the stay. The house is in what appears to be a very nice neighborhood that was quiet and friendly. The host, Kim, was extremely responsive and even notified us that the power was out temporarily (due to a thunderstorm) before we even realized it ourselves.Overall we were looking for a simple place to eat, sleep, and hangout and this house provided all of that with ease!

We were in town with our boat for a trip to St Augustine and stayed two nights. There was 5 of us and the house was perfect. We were 10 min from the Flagler boat ramp. Plenty of room in the home and outside to park our boat and truck. No problems at all. Thank you.

Beautiful House and Great Location!

We absolutely loved staying here for 8 days! The house was very clean upon arrival. We love Palm Coast and are already planning our next trip and will most definitely stay in this house again!

Disappointed

I have booked many stays through VRBO and always been very satisfied with each of them. I take time to read reviews and consider costs. I did that with this stay as well and the reviews of this property do not accurately reflect it. The cleanliness of the property was moderate. I did a wipe down using cleaning spray and white paper towels of the table and counters only to find them very dingy. Additionally our bed linens were not fresh. They smelled unclean or like they had been stored somewhere for a long period of time. Easy remedy, I washed them. But I don’t feel like should have to do that. Additionally, we had issues with the AC throughout our stay. The drain needs to be cleaned out so that the safety switch will Stop being triggered. It makes me wonder if they aren’t doing the recommended bi-annual maintenance on the HVaC unit that should be done in southern climates. The response from manager was to open our windows since it “wasn’t hot”. You advertise AC it should work without issues. They did come to address it but it didn’t fix the problem. And I would have opened windows, but it was allergy season while visiting. We travelled with our pets and the yard was not mowed and other guests did not clean up after their pet so we had to deal with that as well. I would not stay here again and I would not trust the other reviews written. The kitchen is not equipped with things for a visit, definitely not enough silverware or cups and dish liquid was not there.

Perfect for Families

The property is great. We loved the huge fenced yard, comfortable living room, and the beds were super comfortable. We hope to return again.

Great house in a great spot in Palm Coast! Exceptional communication from the host, clean and roomy, lots of amenities - and now there's a Miller's Ale House less than 10 minutes away! It's our go-to house in PC!

My palm coast stay

Very convenient location around just about anything you need within 30 minutes or less. Extremely nice home and great owners/property manager. Would highly recommend booking here I plan on booking for future trips.

We picked this property for the location because it was conveniently located to travel to other surrounding towns and the beach. Nestled in a nice and quiet neighborhood, it was perfect for my family and our fur baby. The house was great and fully stocked for all our needs.

Exceptionally Clean House with Great Location

Booking and access to house was really easy. Place was very clean. Good neighborhood. Quick drive to many places. • mattresses need upgrading •yard was not mowed: not ideal yard for medium-sized to small dogs if not mowed. •previous guests did not pick up dog poop •master bedroom door would not stay shut •watching tv was not ideal. Nothing but internet streaming

Annual family trip

The home was in a great occasion and a quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard and tile floors were perfect for our three dogs. There was a bike path less than a mile away. It was extra clean and the neighborhood was very safe.

Great Palm Coast House!

Wonderful house - perfect for two to six people, especially if traveling with kids/dogs. The house is clean and well-furnished, with a generous, fenced-in back yard. The communication and check-in process is seamless and the host is extremely responsive if you've questions. Highly recommend.

Large open garage & driveway, new quiet neighborhood where people find it nice to take a walk, ride a bike or walk their dog. Close to beach, shops and great places to eat. Enjoy Scenic A1A along the beach or into the town of Palm Coast. Enjoy first Fridays evening concerts at the park across Flagler Beach. Also Palm Coasts European village has several places with a great atmosphere for dining out.
