This home is conveniently located right in between the north shore of Lake Granby and the south shore of Shadow Mountain Lake. Lake Granby, Arapaho Bay, and Beacon Landing Marina are right down the street. Also close by you'll find the Green Ridge boating site, Pine Beach, the Trail Ridge Marina, Spirit Lake ATV and Snowmobile Rentals, and the Roadhouse Bar and Grill. It is a short drive to the Stillwater Pass and the Idleglen trail heads, Grand Lake, Downtown Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park! Good quality furniture, a new dining room set, and a nice HDTV combine with the classic wood stove, thick soft carpeting, wagon wheel chandelier, and other little touches to give this space just the right mix of mountain lake house charm and modern comforts.The home has 3 levels, each with a bedroom, and 2 living rooms, making the place ideal for larger groups who want to have a little space to spread out. Summer guests will love the large deck. It wraps from the covered front porch and BBQ area around to the back porch which is also covered. The side deck in between the front and back porches is very large, a space you'll be sure to enjoy, and the entire deck is elevated and gated. The yard is a good size and filled with mature pine and spruce evergreen trees, and the Y shaped driveway allows plenty of space for multiple vehicles and trailers.
