Down the hallway, you'll find two guest bedrooms and a shared hall bath with a tub/shower combo and vanity. Included with your rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest only over the age of 3. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guests per person per day. Children under 3 are free.

1. Maximum Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping Arrangements for 6.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. 1 in the garage and 3 in the driveway.
3. A 4WD is highly recommended in winter months.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
