Kinlin Grover Compass Vacation Rentals is pleased to offer this custom designed and built home with its sweeping ocean views and privacy for your dream vacation. You won’t want to leave! This 4,000+ square foot home is perfect for a large or extended family or a group of friends wanting to vacation together. The center of the home features a large foyer with a double sided fireplace, sweeping staircase and views of the second floor balcony above. To one side is the chef’s kitchen, thoughtfully planned to include a breakfast nook, large island with seating and a cozy TV area for mutual gathering and meal preparation. To the other side is a den/library complete with leather furniture, a fireplace and wet bar. The entire back of the house is an extended family room- dining room combo with 3 sets of French doors leading to the large, covered veranda and ocean views.

A big, flat, grassy back yard leads you to the ocean and is perfect for outdoor games and fun. There is a first floor en suite bedroom (Queen bed) with ocean views and French doors to the veranda. A powder room and laundry/utility room finish off the main level.

Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms, 2 with spectacular ocean views and 3 bathrooms…but your favorite spot will be the fireplaced sitting room, which boasts French doors leading to a spacious balcony and panoramic ocean views.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Bedroom 1 - first floor - Queen bed and private bathroom with shower
Second floor:
Bedroom 2 - King bed and bathroom with shower and soaking tub (ocean views)
Bedroom 3 - Full bed and crib - shared bathroom with bedroom 2
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with private bathroom with shower (ocean views)
Bedroom 5 - Queen bed and 2 twin beds with private bathroom with shower

Mattapoisett Town beaches, The Mattapoisett Rail Trail bike bath, Ned's Point Lighthouse and a good selection of restaurants are a short drive away; also close to Route 6 and highways to venture out to Marion, Wareham, Buzzards Bay/ The Cape Cod Canal, Onset Village and all that Cape Cod has to offer “over the bridge”.

Beach Pass for Mattapoisett town beach is provided.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
