The two-story open floor plan showcases the main living space on the second floor with a wall of windows and French doors opening from the living room to the deck outfitted with Adirondacks and a firepit, along with a well-appointed cooks kitchen, island bar seating for four, and a dining room table that seats six. Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms and a full bath.

In addition, on the entry lower level, there is a second full living room, dinette, kitchenette, and a full bathroom with bathtub/shower. On this level, there are two additional rooms perfect for family stays. One room has a queen bed and the other has
a king bed, sofa, and twin over full bunk beds. Things to Know
Steep paved driveway with switchback. Not appropriate for RV or motorcycles. No ATV's or motorcycles are allowed on the neighborhood road per HOA regulations. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
