The lower level is partially finished including a family area with TV, a separate bedroom with a queen bed, half bath, and laundry.
The exterior has a wonderful deck, enclosed outdoor shower and a garage for tenants use.
Location: This property is located just 2 mile away from Nauset Beach on the ocean side, 3.2 miles from Skaket beach on the bay side, 1-1/2 miles from the center of Orleans, and within a half mile of all the East Orleans shops and restaurants, including Sundae School Ice Cream.
Amenities include Central Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Wireless Internet, 2 Televisions with Cable, and a Gas Grill. Sheets and Towels are not included.
