It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Skaket Beach on Cape Cod Bay and Nauset Beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Crystal Lake and Pilgrim Lake are within a half mile for fresh water swimming and fishing. Easy walking distance to Kent's Point Conservation area, This home has an open spacious kitchen and living room with a large flat screen TV and new appliances and a large table that seats 6 . It has stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. It has free WiFi, central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. There is also and outdoor shower.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large screen TV with walk in closet and master bath with double sinks.
Second bedroom is spacious with walk in closet and king size bed with a large screen TV.
Third bedroom has a queen size bed and roomy closet. The 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sinks and a washer and dryer.
There is a deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grille. There is a large lawn and detached garage. There is also a fire pit. In the garage are coolers, beach chairs and boogie boards for your use
