This house was perfect for our group! It is very clean & spacious, the decor is fantastic and the views....oh the views are AMAZING!! There are a lot of stairs so be prepared to get your steps in but it is so worth it! I really appreciated the fully stocked supplies. No need to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper or dish soap. There was even coffee and creamer already stocked. Plenty of linens, towels & pillows. Also, the beds are super comfortable! Highly recommend this house for a relaxing get away. I could sit on that porch for days and do nothing else!

Everything was perfect. It was clean and what a view !!The house was well stocked with everything you possibly need. Just bring your favorite meat ( for grill) and your toothbrush.

Beautiful Location

Great views and beautiful summer temps due to the elevation. We also enjoyed the Mars Hill 4th celebration.

Pros:- Great location / views- Clean- Prompt communicationCons:- Felt more run down than depicted in photos, esp for price (water pressure issues - when shower was on sink water wouldn't work, light bulbs out in dining room lights, remote for TV not working, etc.). No one issue was dealbreaker but as a collective whole it really put a dent on the experience- Heat / cooling is a major issue; property is 3 floors, which means with the heat on the top floor was extremely hot but bottom floors were super cold (and 1 tiny space heater was not enough). Two of the bedrooms are downstairs so think wisely about booking if you are sensitive to temperatureWould rethink booking as there are better options in area for similar price point.
