This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The two homes fit perfectly. We had plenty of places to sleep. The two kitchens worked great. The upstairs deck was a great place to sit and relax and to get a great view of the beach. We came to relax and enjoy ourselves, and that is exactly what happened. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to stay in Oceano. Thank you very much!

The view from the top decks was amazing!! Ground level not so much as to the left side of the property was the backside of an ATV shop (but that is clearly shown in the photo) Wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing - all wonderful!! However, location location location !! Stonesthrow from the beach, motor entrance to the beach and 2 wonderful restaurants within a block. Host responded quickly to all questions. *** WHEELCHAIR ASSESSABLE - made this family vacation one for the memory book as that is needed for my husband in his wheelchair. He could participate in family activities

My family and I had a wonderful time at your beach house Strand A & B. We give it a 5 star!! Check-in was easy. Location was perfect. A few steps away was the beach. Literally beach front. My dad and uncles had a blast fishing morning and afternoon. The kiddos were so happy using the beach toys provided in the garage. I appreciate that there were beach chairs, boogie boards, and wood for the bonfire. There so many sand dollars and shells on the beach my children collected. The weather was perfect!The two homes were perfect and had plenty of space. Both kitchens was fully stock with utensils, pots/pans, salt/pepper/olive oil, BBQ grill and everything you needed to cook a full meal. They had a keurig, coffee pot, and tea kettle. When we got there, the ATV worker nearby came when we were unloading saying we had to move our vehicle. We had issues with opening the garage door with the key code. Kayla from Avant stay called in a timely manner and assisted my family with all our needs. We were allowed to park 2 cars in the front and 2 cars in the garage. My family and I can’t wait to come back. A weekend full of love, laughter, and great memories were made at Strand A & B.
