Centrally located in heart of the 'Zona Romantica' so you can walk to most everything. Near shops, restaurants, galleries and the closet beach is 2 blocks! This comfortable and private condo has a partial ocean/city views.

The spectacular roof top has a 360 degree view of the ocean, Old Town and surrounding mountains. The roof top deck includes a heated infinity pool, 2 hot tubs, a fire pit, several covered lounge areas and a BBQ area and flat screen TV.

The building features an elevator, garbage chute on each floor, free wifi in the lobby/roof top. There is security in the building to include a round the clock attendant, intercom, cameras and controlled access lobby.

There is a water purification system throughout the building.

The condo can accommodate two people with a comfortable king size bed. The bedroom area window faces West toward the ocean and the kitchen windows face the interior atrium of the building. The modern kitchen includes granite counter tops, high end stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare a great meal.

We Love PV!

Great experience and very responsive owner and property manager! Unit was clean, bed was comfy and there’s even a small ocean view from the window :-) The AC works great too! Would stay in this unit again.

Modern beautiful and perfectly located condo in the best section of Puerto Vallarta

Having traveled to Puerto Vallarta many times I can tell you that this condo combines the best of everything: beautiful modern amenities, an amazing location in PV and a surprisingly good price for what you are getting. This is the second time I stay in this building and I have been delighted both times. It is quiet, high-end, modern building with a terrific location close to beaches, restaurants, bars etc. Owner and managers were lovely and easy to deal with and I am already thinking of going back in late 2015

Great Stay In Zona Romantica

This is a very cute studio apartment. It's close to everything but far enough to be quiet as well. The building is quite nice and roof top was updated and relaxing. My check-in and check-out were smooth. Couple of notes. The bed is very firm. The electricity in the neighborhood did go out several times but that affected more than just this building. I would stay here again if given the chance.

Gorgeous condo in prime downtown area

This property is terrific. Though the condo is a studio it is spacious and had everything we needed. The building itself is amazing, safe and secure. The rooftop pool is impressive and the view spectacular. Our communication with the owner was exceptional and Lupita, the property manager was responsive and helpful. The location is not to be beat; right in the midst of the everything. The condo itself was quiet and eliminated the outside noise very well. We hope to be able to visit this property again. Thank you Patrick !

Studio apartment in great location

If you want to be in the heart of all the fun in Puerto Vallarta, this is for you. Even though it is close to everything it is relatively quiet area. The studio is neat, clean, and well maintained. The only drawback is the lack of outdoor views. There are two windows. One looks into an interior wall courtyard. The other does have a view of the bay if you stand up. I didn't spend that much time in the condo so it was an enjoyable place to stay..

Old Town gem

I have been spending March in PV for many years always in Zona Romantica. This condo could not have been better, the location was superb: 10 min walk to the beach/malecon, the local market, cafes and restaurants and NO HILLS. Returning home to the magic of this building's rooftop was priceless... perfect pool, hot tub and PLENTY of seating both sun and shade filled options available. Nice touch providing so many swim towels; very appreciated:) WiFi excellent; I worked virtually at times and it went smoothly. Other residents were super friendly and many were from Canada. The studio apt. kitchen was very well supplied, the bathroom luxurious and the bed super comfy (best pillows EVER!). I can honestly say I was totally satisfied with this rental and definitely hope to return, Hasta Luego!

Excellent location in excellent building

Unit 402 is a lovely studio unit with all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay in PV. Modern kitchen applicances, washer and dryer, filtered water and even a view of the ocean from the window. The couch is comfortable for reading, watching TV or checking email. The bathroom area has a great separate shower and large vanity. Building V399 is well situated so that within a six block radius you have access to countless restaurant, a fitness center, the Saturday market (great bagels, bread, coffee, fruit, flowers, and many ethnic dishes you can eat there or take home for later), a deli market, a fruit and vegetable market, entertainment ( ACT 11, Incantu, the Palm), pharmacies, hair salons, and of course the ocean and the Malecon a few blocks away. The building itself is beautiful and the rooftop infinity pool and spacious seating areas is a wonderful place to swin, read, and meet others in the building.

A great stay

V399 is a classy building and 402 is a fine introduction to discovering puerto vallarta

Building staff are friendly, patrick’s Rental folks obliging. The roof top pool is ideal and evening dinners have the night lights of pv at your feet. Wish the studio had a balcony for morning coffees. Only downside are the late night party folks stopping for food and another beer or two.

Great unit and location

The unit was very comfortable for the two of us for our six day stay. It had everything we needed. The rooftop pool area is very large and beautiful, and the pool itself is a good size. We loved the location, close to great restaurants, shops, beach, and nightlife. All of this with no hills to climb! We would happily return.

Excellent AGAIN !

This is the second time I have stayed in Patrick's #402 studio unit and I think it was even better this time. The TV channel selection was slightly better than before for Americans including CNN & HLN but still no ESPN in English. Roger & Keith were very helpful showing me how to set the clock (on microwave), work the DVD player and the washer & dryer as i do not read Spanish. Free local phone calls & to the states was a nice bonus.

A great room in a great building

This property was even better than we expected. The building is only 6 years old so it feels brand new. The room and building are very well taken care of and it's only 4 short blocks to the beach. Lots of great restaurants within a 3-4 block area. As for the room, it was really nice having a king bed plus the bathroom was good sized. No problem with 2 people getting ready at the same time. Very well appointed, even better than my own home! And the rooftop pool is a huge bonus, especially if you want a change of pace from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed at Patrick's condo Dec 30/Jan 30 2017. Our experience was excellent from being met by property manager Roger on our arrival to our departure. The Condo is well equipped although we did buy some plastic ware for salad bowel etc. We did inquire as there was only 1 small frying pan which was quickly replaced with new larger one. Furnishing and fixtures were modern and comfortable. A very comfortable king sized bed. Property is quiet and within 2 blocks of beach. It is located on 4th floor which is convenient to access the 7th floor pool deck. The infinity pool is beautiful and from the roof top you have amazing views in all directions including the ocean. This is a secured building which was nice as well. All modern appliances with fridge having ice maker. There is wonderful fresh fruit/vegetable markets very close by and larger grocery store about 20 min walk. Overall I would say this was an excellent property.

A Beautiful Space And A Perfect Home Base

As first time visitors to Puerto Vallarta, we were delighted with the location and amenities at V399. The rooftop pool area provided a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere and offered a fantastic 360 degree view of the city and ocean. Wonderful experience

This was our second stay in Puerto Vallarta. The condo was exactly as presented in the listing, even better. Roof top has a beautiful pool and a terrific 360 degree view. Only a couple of blocks from the downtown beaches. My wife and I only took the bus twice compared with twice a day when we stayed in the Hotel Zone last year. We walked the Malecon every day during our 2 week stay. Newer building in the heart of Old Town enables one to experience authentic Mexico. Lots of restaurants, bars, bakeries and coffee shops a short walk away. Felt very safe in the area even when walking back to the unit late at night. Will gladly stay in this unit again. Owner was great to work with and the unit managers are very friendly and helpful.

Great location....Great rooftop pool & view....Excellent studio apartment ! I never rent a car anymore as everything I enjoy is within walking distance or I take the bus for $ .50 I believe PV is the friendliest & the safest city in the WORLD. This is a quiet, new high-end, modern condo. I gained 10 pounds as I just could not stop eating at all the great restaurants nearby.

Beautiful location and great accommodation. Rooftop pool and jacuzzis with wonderful views. Just 2 short blocks from the beach and great restaurants all around. The studio apt was spacious and had everything needed. Very secure building with friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend it!
