There is a EV charger available for guests with electric vehicles. The model is J1772

*Security Cameras - Please note that there is a camera at the front door, a camera on the south side exterior, and a camera towards a back deck that sees the hot tub, the shed, and the deck furniture . These cameras are not regularly monitored, and are only there for security purposes. *Indoor alarm system- If the alarm is set and triggered it takes a picture but it's not streaming photos of the guest.


We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest.

This was a perfect rental for our group of six women for a girls getaway. Plenty of seating, spacious table for dining and games, and perfect kitchen for cooking and mixing drinks. Beds were comfortable and three full baths was nice to have. Will definitely rent again.

Excellent stay, we would definitely stay here again. Spacious yet cozy, we loved the hot tub and all the amenities the house had. It’s was stocked well with towels, beach towels, dishes and a lot of kitchen supplies. The beds were all comfortable the furniture in the living room was great. The recliners were comfy as well.

We had such a nice stay. The house is lovely — very thoughtfully designed and managed. Everything was arranged very intentionally for comfort, convenience, and consideration. It was absolutely wonderful and felt like a gift to stay there. Thank you!

This is our 2nd year at the Red Bridge House and we love it. It's perfect for our group with the perfect amount of bedrooms (Hard to find with a large family group) The house is well organized and laid out wonderfully for family time. We love having a hot tub and fire pit for more perfect family activities. It's close to the beach for a quick walk or watch the sunset. We enjoy the town of Manzanita which is a quick drive away and have been to the Manzanita farmers market both times we have visited. We can highly recommend a stay here. Great house.

We have rented many houses in Manzanita, a town we love. Every single thing about this house was great. The beds were comfy and bedding was lovely. The kitchen was well-stocked. The garden was especially beautiful. It was close to everything, but very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owner was very prompt in returning our call regarding a question that was taken care of immediately.

Such a beautiful, comfortable, and spacious house. Perfect for our family of eight which included a 1 yr old and a 3 yr old. A fully stocked kitchen ready for action. Thoughtfully laid out and organized with nice small touches for the little ones such as a step stool, a bathtub, chairs that rocked, and a pack-n-play. An easy to use spray off hose outside made our trips to the beach just EASY. The beds were comfortable, the showers were good, and we walked to the beach. We highly recommend Red Bridge Cottage and would love to visit again.

What a wonderful time we had at the Red Bridge Cottage in Manzanita! Our three-generation family trip was everything we had hoped for and we loved our accommodations. Plenty of room for all of us, close to the beach, the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops....everything.We took advantage of the firepit and roasted marshmallows for s'mores, loved the hot tub, and took full advantage of the well-stocked kitchen for all our family meals. The description as a "cottage" is a bit of a misnomer as there was plenty of room for everyone and the interior is modern but very comfortable. We highly recommend this beautiful property and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Having done numerous rentals for my family and myself this is by far the very ultimate rental! This fabulous home had everything that made our family of 7 extremely comfortable: luxurious beds & baths, an ultimate kitchen and wonderful spacious areas for all of us to enjoy! This beautiful home is so wonderfully planned out with everything you could want in staying in a home away from home. Our only regret is that we were unable to stay at the RedBridgeCottage lots longer! Thank you for sharing your fantastic home with us!!! Your visions and dreams are truly appreciated!!!

5 stars all the way around! We’ve regularly rented houses on the coast for a friend group getaway for many years now and this is one of the nicest houses we’ve stayed in. Incredibly well stocked, spacious bedrooms and everything worked. The landscaping is also gorgeous. Will 100% be renting again!

We reserved this location for the 48th year that us 6 gal pals have gotten together. It was a perfect place for us, spacious, very well-appointed, clean and beautiful. We were less than a mile from the beach. While at this home, we visited places from Fort Clatsop near Astoria to, Seaside, Cannon Beach and Tillamook. This was a wonderful base to be able to do that. There was an issue with VRBO not emailing the door code but we contacted the owner. She got right back to us and solved the issue, so easy to work with. We all thoroughly enjoyed this home and highly recommend it to others.
